Changed password multiple times. Unable to login to account settings. I have to use web browser.

App stopped allowing me to login several weeks ago. Tech support is looking into it but no update yet. The app is very basic but I liked being able to quickly and easily order items and see my order history on my iPhone without typing in my login info each time. But now app is unusable. Show more

How many times do I have to sign in to my account EVERY time I open the app? At least 5 before it lets me in. Tired of it. If you fix this, everything will be perfect. Show more

I love everything about Sweetwater, especially the employees and the candy. However, the mobile app has long been forgotten about. It’s really just an outdated browser jammed into a frame anyway (hence the 20 MB size). Just go to the mobile website instead - way faster. Nonetheless, this app hasn’t been updated in several years. It’s clunky, it’s slow, and it often is just broken. Currently, you cannot even log into your account without getting a blank screen that says, “400 Bad Request: Request header or cookie too large.” Now I like large cookies, just not in this format. I expected more from Sweetwater’s app because they are such and awesome company and they have been leaders in ecomm before there was ecomm. It should store your login info. It also takes forever to login sometimes. They haven’t updated the app in 3 years according to the App Store. Maybe it’s time… Show more
