    Worst app ever
    I’m always glad to see my young black brothers doing there thing but come on man. Y’all have to step y’all game up this is the worst app I have ever seen in my life I can’t subscribe to this until they put more money behind this app and make it a legitimate application not worth the download Show more

    Needs A LOT of IMPROVEMENTS
    Pros: - The video and sound quality is really good. - You can skip rounds, fast forward/go backwards whenever you want - You can search battles by the artist - They are trying to diversify to content such as with interviews Major Cons: - I can’t see a lot of the collections. For instance, BANNED has like 21 battles. I click on the collection to view the battles. It says there are 21 battles, but not one battle is shown. - A lot of the battles don’t have the reaction button. - The chat is terrible. It moves way too fast. - It takes a long time for battles to drop. It would be nice to get at least a 48 hour turnaround time. Minor Cons: - For the list of artists, it would be nice to have an alphabet to limit the time spent scrolling to get to an artist name. We can at least start with the letter then scroll from there. - Don’t have an option to silence or lower the reaction sound - My auto play doesn’t work. - I can’t listen with my phone on lock Final Thoughts: In all this is a decent app. I gave a low score because certain battles aren’t available for whatever reason. The whole point of me getting the app is to replay battles shown on Caffeine and to get exclusives. I think improvements on the chat and reaction button will help increase my engagement and make it more enjoyable for me. Show more

    So many missing pieces
    1. Before I signed up for a membership, I had no idea I needed one to watch the battles. Instead, I happened to come across someone saying you needed one to do so, not because I was prompted by the app. There’s no welcome mat, there’s no landing page, you’re just supposed to know what to do. That’s weird. 2. I can’t favorite videos? I have to download them to my phone? 3. The reaction button plays an air horn that’s WAY too loud. It hurts my ears every time yet the volume I play the battles at are so much lower in volume. There’s no way to control that either. 4. No background playing? If I pay 8 dollars for access to content, I would hope I could play it in the background. 5. Live comments are so annoying. If you want to scroll up to read an older comment you have to stop the video. I’d much rather just be able to scroll up and then click a button to snap to the most recent. Just a few of my hangups. I wouldn’t make a big deal of it but if you're charging 8 dollars every month for it I just would expect a much cleaner experience. Show more

    Why Can’t I rewatch battles?
    I love the platform for being able to watch battles in real time. I also respect the hard work smack has put in to. Build his platform. I feel as a consumer it would be better if we can click on the app and rewatch after the battle streams. Also that would bring more consumers reusing the app over and over rather only when there are events. Show more
