Hello! This isn’t so much review, but for the past few weeks I’ve been having a really difficult time trying to access the shop section on both the app and on the laptop. It just keeps coming up as unknown error has occurred, but nothing happens. I’ve tried contacting on their Facebook groups but they sent me a link which I literally couldn’t open on my tablet at all. I’m hoping that I can have someone reach out to me through here because I’m pretty much at my wits end on why I’m having this issue both on my phone and on my laptop. HELP PLEASE!! Show more

I used to love this app, but now the store isn't working, and I can't log out or delete my account. I also can't create a new account or log into my existing account. I tried this on a different phone as well. I'm not sure why this is happening...I don't want to buy my merch from a second or third party; so please fix this!! Show more

I love having the full discography on this app. It even has their brand new album. Only minor problem is that the album Liebe Ist Für Alle Da doesn’t play. Please fix this when you can. Overall great app. Show more

It’s easy to purchase from the shop and if you use Apple Music or Spotify, you can listen to their music right from the app. It’s really handy for keeping up with their tour dates as well. Show more
