    Good app but 2 problems
    The app always crashes for me on my iPhone XR. You need to let us be able to sell our NFTs on the app. Those are the 2 major problems. There are other things but please fix those. Show more

    Stolen money, missing NFT’s
    I have been in contact with 3 Sweet customer service reps over 2 days an none of them can tell me what happened to the NFT I purchased or why it’s not in my wallet. Their only response is maybe you made another wallet and it’s in there!? They saw money signs with Macy’s and rushed a launch, typical. I can’t believe Macy’s partnered with them. I wasn’t offered a refund or anything despite my emailed receipt of purchase. I’ll be going to the BBB. Anyone want to get in on a class action lawsuit? Show more

    Do not download
    You will never be able to get into the app or download “free” NFTs if you do get it, it will kick you out soon after. This app is a joke. Show more

    The best.

    Really bad
    This is a really dump app you can’t see all the NFT they have. Poor response when asking questions months and no response. I was looking for a brand and it can’t see it. Looks like a company that doesn’t know what they’re doing. Why do I get these stupid free prizes? Junky app poor business idea. They way they design the function fail concept badly designed. My 3rd grader can build a better function for this App. Don’t get it and wash your time. Goto open sea. Show more

    From playing trivia for prizes to NFTs…
    I downloaded the app a year ago cause it was a fun new way to win prizes. I won an iPad! (Yes! I actually received it!) but I noticed they slowly started taking away prizes and I got bored so I deleted it. Came back a year later and it’s a completely different app. It’s very lame. I don’t see why I’d buy images when they are most likely not theirs. For example. They are making money off of the Beatles. Pretty sure they don’t have the rights for that. Plus, it’s a picture. What’s the point. Show more

    No guidance
    No guidance on how to use this app whatsoever. Impossible to transfer NFTs. Want to transfer NFT to useful wallet but am unable.

    Interesting NFT platform, looking forward to Shopify
    The UI of this is as satisfying as sour candy. I hope to see them allow sending the collectibles to MetaMask wallets - that is what will keep me around as a daily active user. I am looking forward to their Shopify integration, but again, unless I can send it to my MetaMask wallet... the incentive to participate won’t be as strong IMO. Show more

    Not worth a penny
    So this is a great startup idea however just so everybody knows, no “NFT” on their app really holds any monetary value. You cannot trade them outside the app. You cannot direct trade or sell on the app. So this makes it useless. This is nothing more than a satire things. You are better off making your own NFT that is tradable on the market. Also they tend to re-release their nfts when they say sold out. So don’t get worried if it says it’s sold out. They will flood more back on the market they withheld at first. Show more

    Used to be great
    I’ve used this app for a while and it was pretty simple. You answer some questions, and get points. You get points, you get prizes. It was awesome! Lately, the game has changed and it is now all about getting sets of cards, now there is no answering questions to get points and prizes. The only prizes you can get are sets of cards. :( If the developers of this app could go back to what they used to do, I would absolutely love it, I’m sure other people would too. Please fix your app. Show more
