    Spot on
    I went to Berklee way back when. Studied with Banacos later (God bless Charlie). Wish we had this technology back then. These lessons have filled me with joy and given me a new sense of purpose. I think there are about 70-80 tune based lessons for cryin out loud. Chord voicings and their applications are wonderful. Some players can’t teach and some teachers can’t play. Barry does both very well. Show more

    I went to Berklee and afterwards studied with Harry Leahey and later with the great Barry Galbraith. Barry Greene’s lessons are as informative, comprehensive and inspiring as any lessons I’ve studied. Barry is a brilliant player, composer and teacher. Thanks Barry! Show more

    This is the absolute best site for learning jazz guitar!
    I have been struggling with developing a repertoire and learning the jazz language for a long time. I am a self-taught musician and a proficient rock and blues player but I love jazz. I have many books and have learned things and am a mediocre jazz player at best. Barry cuts through the crap and is a fantastic player and teacher. Show more

    Only one drawback
    This works great. The only drawback is that I think it would be nice if you could rewind the video by a set amount say 10 seconds, 30 seconds etc. and then the ability to slow the video down would be extremely helpful... Show more

    Real. Jazz. Lessons.
    Barry is the man! If you need advanced, practical concepts on how to apply theory in a meaningful way, this is it! I only wish I had this back when I was in high school and college looking for a teacher who knew more than I already did about jazz. Show more

    Magnificent!
    This is simply brilliant. The lesson material is lucid, insightful and thorough, well organized and clearly demonstrated. The pdf material likewise. If you want to learn to play jazz on the guitar, this course is essential and possibly the most efficient way to get there. It is obvious that years to decades of work are behind this material.
