The app won't let you sign up with a password Auto generated from Apple. It looks like they are limiting the password length to something really short, like 12 - 16 characters. That's a big red flag the engineering team doesn't know what they're doing. This stopped me from creating an account. I want to use this app, but this needs to be fixed. Show more

Great ideas. Completely useless. Not trying to be harsh but the app doesn’t work. Keeps giving me “order can not be completed” and just really slow. Hoping for the best!

This app is so great for music lovers like myself. Getting rewarded just to listen to music is DOPE. Plus it works when you don’t have the app open. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars because I used my karma to claim my reward and never got it. It’s been months. App idea is awesome. Rewards from artists you love just for listening to their music. It is in its beginning stages so it can be pretty buggy at times. It would be really cool if they had a sorting feature for rewards. A lot that are up have already been claimed or expired. If they could sort by “available” and by “item” that would be nifty. Customer service also responds pretty quickly if you have any issues. Show more

Downloaded for room service fest, great idea to really connect artists with their fans. While there’s definitely some development and changes that can be made as the app develops and grows, this has the potential to be the future face of music. Unitea has been finding really unique ways to involve artists and connect them with fans that love them... I see this platform really bribing fans even closer to their favorites artists just by doing what they love and being rewarded for it. Show more

Took 5 mins to register because it doesn’t save Apple secure password recommend. Idk if they are being slammed by traffic but most pages won’t load. Scrolling doesn’t work properly on festivals pages. Privacy policies are really bad. Show more

I downloaded this app for the Room Service festival and didn’t really know what to expect. This app is awesome! It’s meant to be used by festivals as well as to stream artist music. When you play music in the app, you earn karma towards that artist! Artists then have the ability to post rewards and merch that you can redeem for karma. The concept is great and it’s super easy to earn points by joining a crew and sharing the songs. Now, this app is still very much in the beginning of its development and there are quite a few bugs and other quirks. The syncing of Spotify/Apple Music will take some time when you download the app, the notifications inside the app can get in the way of when you’re typing a message, and sometimes the pages don’t load first try. These are all very minor things in my eyes, as the app is still very much usable and works very well. The developers are also aware of the kinks and are actively working on them! I had an issue trying to redeem an award and I reached out on Instagram and they were super responsive and helped me fix the issue. Definitely give this app a try! There will be growing pains but if you love music and free stuff there’s no reason not to join Unitea! Show more

Don’t give them access to your Spotify. It states it gives them permission to edit on your behalf. They will be able to remove and add playlists... sketchy

Although I really love the concept, I won a hoodie and spent a lot of time trying to win the hoodie because it’s freezing here where I live. I got an email on both the app and to my email stating they would reach out to me to get it all worked out and I haven’t heard anything since. The app is very glitchy, I had to close the app numerous times and restart which made winning the hoodie that much more hard. I will continue to use the app, even with the glitchyness I just want my hoodie. :( UPDATED: I reached out to them on Instagram they were so so very kind and sweet and made sure my hoodie was sent out right away! Final day of three-day festival was not able to be added to backpack. Was unable to see features.

As a couple other reviews suggested, nothing works within the app. I downloaded to view set times for dirtybird campout. When I open the app, nothing loads. I have tried quitting and reinstalling the app, as well as updating my operating system. It wants me to connect Spotify but I don’t have premium so I cannot do that. It provides no support or instructions within the app. Utterly useless Show more

What a half baked price of ish. Every screen on this app has problems accepting input. Signing up for an account with a valid password a nightmare. UI flows force you to update your profile but even after adding all of your profile information won’t allow you to update the info because some field is not set correctly. Ughhhhhhhhh!!! Show more

It is stuck on connect Spotify. I already connected it, but it won’t display any other data besides connect to Spotify. When I click app support on the App Store it opens to app and immediately displays “connect to Spotify”. This app is useless. Show more
