You know what’s frustrating? When you spend a bunch of money on a synth and all the sound packs and then it constantly crashes when you find enough time in your crazy life to “relax” and play some tunes. But instead of relaxing you find yourself writing a bad review on an app you love when it works. Please fix it Show more

I was so excited to find this app. It has an incredible list of high quality, useful sounds with an excellent browser. Just as importantly, you can tweak them and MIDI learn parameters. It’s a wicked combo, and I was ready to make it my main sound app for live performance. However, I quickly discovered that the AUv3 plugin is very unstable. As soon as I selected a patch from the Pads category the plugin crashed. I tried this is two different hosts with the same result. Other reviewers have mentioned stability issues. I hope the developer can get to the bottom of this. Another quibble: no way to get help or to website from app. This is silly, since half of the top banner is taken up by app title and developer name! Show more

Crashes every time loading an instrument. Major problems with downloading the samples. I would much rather just have my money back. $20 spent on something I can’t even use. Terrible.

Real Musicians Must Have. Live or in the studio, there is no equal to this app. I’ve spent thousands of dollars and none sound as good as this. This is the only app you will ever need. My Thanks to the Gospel Musicians Team. Show more

For those such as I who don’t know much about iPad synth apps, I’m lost with this one. Don’t have time to read a lengthy instruction manual either. Just would like to know where the RECORD button is! Or are we even able to record our “loops” we create with this app? UI is complicated, confusing and disorganized. Show more

This app is amazing....the instruments are so realistic and the pads are beautiful as well as the piano and orchestral sounds, completely amazing. The only thing is the app just keeps force closing making it difficult to work, hope there’s an update coming to fix this. Show more

This synth is the best sounding synth I have heard for iOS urban and all around electronic music creation. I got into mobile music production about six months ago from outboard gear and computer based virtual instruments so my standards are high. I’ve tried and used everything from Yamaha, Roland, Kontakt, Halion, SampleTank, Bram Bos, etc. and this synth is awesome! The sounds are clear and have a lot of character which is important for me when making music that stands out. It’s a stand alone and works as an audio unit plugin which is a must for me. I use it in Cubasis and transfer my tracks to Cubase for vocal production and mixing. The sound library is a massive 6 gb which may me to much for some but is Perfect for me! You can choose not to download the extra files to save space. I like this so much I am considering the desktop version for Cubase. Awesome work Gospel Musicians keep up the good work. Update: continues to crash as an auv3. Contacted tech support and basically they stated I was not telling the truth about the app. I have over 10 years experience recording and mixing in a real studio and the customer service for this vendor is horrid. Yes the app has decent samples because not another app offers it on the iPad right now but the fact that it crashes in Nanostudio 2 and Cubasis without remedy is unacceptable. The stand alone version is fine. I have an iPad Pro 2020 running the latest iOS. Sorry, I will have to regrettably leave this vendor. Show more

If you could have only one instrument oriented synth (heaven forbid!) this is easily the best choice. It combines a multitude of acoustic and synthy presets with a very malleable control/edit function, which, unlike other instrument apps, gives the best of both worlds. Along with NeoSoulKeys and BASSalicious, Godpel Musicians stand out as possibly the best all-round dev in the business. Ten stars! Show more

Wish it worked! It crashes just running by itself, never mind trying to use it in GarageBand, where it eats up so much CPU that you can only open one instance of it, and even that’s pushing it - it will lock up your project at least half of the time. It really doesn’t have sounds that you can’t get in other, more stable apps. Beware. Show more

So there’s a bug with this app when you use it in Auv3 it glitches and makes all the chords go “weeebooweeboo” so pretty much crazy can you help me out please Show more

I especially love the acoustic samples like piano, and there are many variations to choose from, from mellow, to more emphasis on mechanics like the hammer noise etc. I highly recommend this to people looking for a plugin to beautify their garage band tracks with better sounds. The crew is also super professional, if you find a bug they will definitely fix it promptly. Show more

Just bought this yesterdy on a whim after seeing bolo’s yt video regarding au’s for beatmaker 3...excitedly used the standalone and was blown away by the sounds so I bought the bassilicious 1 & 2, 808, fm tines, upright and suitcase expansions...but lo and behold...when I used the plugin w beatmaker 3, no dice! No sound...tried just about everything and still ZIP...found a thread from yesterday saying they were experiencing similar problems after the latest update but that it would be fixed within the week...was a bit bummed since I had just gotten the app and was ready to jump in and make music...then BAM! 5 hours ago, an update drops fixing the issue and I am a happy camper :):):) Thanks GM! There was a patch to fix the most recent update but now any saved setting or sound used in a daw like bm3 isn’t saved anymore. you guys are great but can you fix this ? All sessions or tracks that have been made are lost because the update wiped any saved sound. As soon as a track is played it is all the same initialized sine instead of the sound choice i actually picked for that au3 plugin. Show more

Great sounds in this app, tons of em, but the app crashes nearly every time i try using it in garageband

I installed the latest version 2.4.12 on sept 5th and all my demos using this app as AUV on AUM canto be played. The DSP shoots up and the sound warbles before it becomes unplayable. It also seems that all the instances using this app have gone back to int default mode. It’s disheartening. All my work using this app has been lost and I’m left wondering if this is going to be a recurring thing and should not use the app ever again. I spent hours creating demos with this app and for what now. Show more

Recently the plugin wouldn’t make noise on my phone

When I open n instance of PSP on BM3, PSP becomes unresponsive causes BM3 audio to become distorted. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I even tried opening a new BM3 session and loading PSP only and the result was still the same; distorted audio and unresponsive plugin. Any suggestions or fixes? Show more

It was rock solid before the latest update, now there are major issues using it as an audio unit inside of Cubasis 3 as well as GarageBand, which is really bad because I use it a lot in both and just started a track I was really excited about the day before the last update came out. Show more
