Does not work

After countless hours on the phone with tech support, neither my sound system tech not myself could get the app working. I wrote into customer service for help and they responded they have techs for $135 / hr. Since I already spent a total of ten hours on the phone you can imagine what that bill would be. How about you create a product that works? I have a business and we bought this, pandora for business, controller because we need the music working! I bought 3 of them to play different music in all 3 outlets. There are no other options to use Pandora legally. Show more

There hasn’t been an update for over a year. How is that possible? Are you still developing this app?

With no customer support I can’t even log into my account! This is garbage!!! Such a poor experience for a small business.

Literally tried at least 30 times to connect our player at work, with no success. Constantly booted me out, app shut down, or told me to restart and try again. Completely useless and infuriating Show more

For all of those having trouble connecting, I found that I can have constant success just by swiping out of the app and re-entering each time, otherwise it’s problematic. Nice to have when you’re on the move, just depend more heavily on the desktop format and you’re fine. Show more

The only way I could get this app to work with the Mood Media Player was to hardwire the player to my router. Even with the player less than 10 feet away from router it would take forever to connect, it would stop playing mid-song or not play at all when it was wireless. I do like the convenience of paying one fee to cover all music licenses though. Wish they updated the app more often. Seems dated. Show more

This app is absolute garbage. Connecting to your device is a nightmare and often doesn’t work at all. If a song is playing and you want to skip or provide pandora feedback, better hope the app is still connected before the song ends, otherwise you’re out of luck. If the RIAA is wondering why so many businesses across America are playing pandora illegally on a private account maybe it’s because the legal commercial account alternative is unusable trash. Pandora, you have a great product for the private user, please fix the commercial end of it for those of us that want to abide by the law. Show more

This is Bull crap. Currently I have everything set up to the receiver, audio in an audio out cord’s. Bluetooth is connected to the speakers, only thing that’s a problem is the app, everything is connected. All I have is a loading sign in the app says, it’s playing the music but it’s really not. Also when I am playing music from the station it won’t finish the song sometimes and Itll just skip it on its own. Usually I found it if you restart the station that’ll help but i’d like to not have to do that every time it skips my songs, please fix your app! Show more

I’m returning my box for mood media. This was incredibly complicated. Just let us stream from the app and pay for a business account for crying out loud!

Garbage app

Your rating speaks for itself. Make your app work not crash and take forever to connect. Make multiple devices able to connect. Fix it please!

Never connects. Trash that they refuse to just make it properly work yet continue to collect on it.

But then it’s the only mood app. Use the web page control if you can. Tech support finally got it mostly working. Took way too many hours. Choose a different pandora player if you can. Show more

Maybe connects one out of ten times if you’re lucky. Everyone complaining and leaving bad reviews and the devs don’t do anything about it. Makes you think twice about patronizing a company run so poorly. Show more

This app is horrible can you pretty please update so my restaurant guest can have an enjoyable dinner

Just let me connect and control from the pandora app. This app is a limited interface and I have to go to my Pandora app to accomplish some of the functions. Just add player connectivity to the original app and call it a day. Show more
