I have a pair of Hesh ANC headphones and when I try to connect to the app it brings up a thing that says Hesh ANC headphones on it but it says that they are not connected. I’ve tried hitting the plus button and clicking on the Crusher ANC to see if maybe that would work but it just send me back to the homepage and doesn't connect it. App won’t connect to crusher evo. Yes, the Bluetooth is enabled on the app. Just cycles between showing the device as available but not connected and starting over. Can’t open or add device to the app. Show more

The headphones themselves are really good amazing bass but I downloaded this app and it found my device and everything I clicked the type of headphones I have which are crusher evo which is on there and it won’t connect to it at all. This is very frustrating. I know exactly what product it is and I know it is app-compatible. Show more

Skullcandy was the first brand I used that brought me immersive sound quality and I purchased them from RadioShack for 34.99 (wired) if that’s any indication of how long I’ve been with the brand, however my problem relies with this app and that’s why I gave it 1 star, I have the sesh Evo from 2020 and somehow it is not an option within this app, neither is my spoke model. App doesn’t function. 2.5 stars, what a laughable joke. Such a simple app yet, doesn’t even function properly. Must be incredibly embarrassing. It recognizes my earbuds are connected to my phone yet, can’t find them when trying to connect to the app. For a company that produces 150$+ products the fact you can’t create a simple app that works with your own product is laughable and clearly you don’t care given the extent of the reviews. Are used to be able to use some parts of this app with voiceover as a totally blind user but now, none of the buttons do anything when they are pressed and you can’t get past the welcome screen. Frustrating to have a wonderful pair of expensive headphones that are feature rich but, can’t use the features! Show more

I think a widget is necessary for skullcandy users. Showing each earbuds battery percentage, ANC on/off switch and etc.

I have the noise canceling Hesh ANC over the ear headphones, but there is no option for them.

My earbuds are connected but the app wont register them

I want to connect them but I can’t because it’s not capable yet. I want to use it and rate higher. Maybe when they add Hesh ANC to it.

I got my transparent job true 2 earbuds yesterday morning and they’re amazing but this app is pure poo. I’ve been using them all yesterday and all today but I’ve only been able to connect to the app once. Like Skullcandy has some amazing products but this app kinda takes away from that. Show more

I used to enjoy this app and would give it a higher rating if the app actually worked like it used to. I can’t connect my Bluetooth device anymore no matter how many times I turn it on, off, connect, and disconnect. Please fix this. I will give a high rating. This is just inconvenient. Show more
