I was disappointed that I couldn't really test how it handled many files.

First let me say for local music playing this is awesome! But... I bought this app because it toughted SoundCloud intergreation, but it only plays your Likes/Tracks that have arleady been added on SoundCloud. Theres no discovery or curation that can happen inside of this app. If the dev adds that feature instant 10/5. Everthing else about this app is fire, like how the spectrum analyzer actualy works, it shows current bitrate of the song being played (would be nice to have sample rate and both of these for SoundCloud API willing of course), super nice EQ, and very simple interface. Too many people used Winamp in their compliments... I had to come and check you out. ~ Great work! Can you look to two things, one I'm sure you've heard a hundred times, and that's visualizations. A little Milkdrop can go a long way... The other is a bit odd, but would likely be an easy add for you. Would you make the option in the preferences that the music will stop after a single track please? I'm using this app in an academic setting, and I don't want following tracks to play. Just the one. That would be great~ I'll tick that fifth star up there just for that, understanding that getting visualizations would be a tall order. Overall, this is a great app for plug-and-play use of music in independent holds apart from the Macintosh Empire. Thanks for it. It will be my go-to regardless. I am from the Church of Winamp, and you have created something comfortable here. Thanks for it. I hope your name becomes as synonymous with great music playing as theirs has in the years to come. Maybe. But as an ole' school effeciando of quality peices, I belive WinAmp had a bit lager footprint and interface. I srtrongly consider adding some flaver to the interface to allow more choices to widen the overall footprint so that it doesn't require a near magnifying glass to read. Finally, while listening to tracks, there is an occassional skipping sound ever so oftewrn. and no. It's my my soundcard! Otheer than these two concersn, it does what ti says. Peace. Show more

If you are not a fan of Apple Music and yearn for the good old days of winamp, this is the app for you. The dev actually took the time to get back to me about a feature request even though the app costs less than a coffee. Show more

This app is awesome. Really what i've been needing after everything else fails. The main nostalgic element of rsembling WinAmp is just beautiful. The app had an issue when i bought it that i couldnt connect to SoundCloud but then it was fixed and now this is just perfect. I hope the developpers keep going and adding tiny fun features like menubar icon only instead of the dock or increasing album art or small things that would keep it interesting. But in terms of functionality, i just hope i have this app for a long time before it dies out. Show more
