    Excellent app
    I love this app - makes the care of my acoustic guitars simple. I have a sensor in each of my three guitar cases (for winter) as well as one on a music room wall where guitars hang for about 8 months a year. An awesome tool for keeping guitars healthy!!!! Show more

    Brick
    The device does not work. I put in a new battery, downloaded the app, and paired the device, but it measures nothing and generates no data. The D’Addario website does not have a user’s manual. The worst $50 I have ever spent. Show more

    Erratic temp & humidity after new battery
    Having more than one instrument, the Humiditrak is great. Working with the Humidipaks, the in-case humidity can be very stable. Once the battery needed replacement, I noticed very erratic readings at first on the humidity then on the temperature. My room humidity / temp was 45% and 72 degrees. The newly changed Humiditrak after new battery and re-linking read 57% and 71 degrees. I deleted and re-linked. This time, 44% and 83 degrees. There is no reset or calibration on the unit. And no way I know of to ‘tune’ the Humiditrak. Show more

    Perfect
    Absolutely love this product. Allows me to assure my ax levels are in a safe environment without opening each case. I also use the humidikit. Only complaint is I have a message that’s says “sensor updates in two weeks”. That has read that way for a few months. Where and what is this mysterious update? Show more

    It was good, then bad, now working again.
    App no longer refreshes data on IPhone X. Have seen 10 hours without any data updated. Only way for my data to sync is to completely shut down app by swiping up and x’ing it out and then restarting app. If this app is no longer going to sync automatically and give warnings it should at least have a manual refresh button somewhere. Update: Since the developers response the app is back working and updating by itself. Maybe in the future a message can be put in the update notes about internal updates that will cause the app to not work for a couple weeks. Show more

    A Must Have
    I bought 2 Humiditrak systems, one for my violin and one for my viola. I spent a lot of money on these instruments and want to protect them, this system does what it says. I can check my humidity and my temperature in the case by the touch of the app. Thanks for helping protect my investments. Show more

    App no longer works
    After a couple of days being down, it looks like their servers are back up. The app finally launched successfully again with an “updates coming to sensors” message. Not smooth, but I’m glad a firmware update is finally coming. Show more

    Great app but...
    In future updates I would like to see a note section added so I can keep track of such things as cost, repairs, or any other information related to each of my guitars. Show more

    Crashed
    This app has worked well for a couple years despite a desperate need for an update. All of a sudden today it doesn’t load at all, just goes to a black screen. I figured I’d write here in the hopes of obtaining more timely response. Show more

    Works OK, but hard to read
    This app has the faintest font - it’s distracting. And sometimes swiping seems to have a hook up. Had to read the FAQs to set up the alerts though. App does seem to provide a record of humidity and temperature. Show more

    Working Great!
    It was very easy to get set up. I did have to look at a lot of the website pics to see where they installed the device at in the case. Would like a suggested install in the user manual. The app loads great and is tracking everything! Thanks for making this device! Show more

    Best. Thing. Ever.
    Love, love, love this app, and the tech. Have 3 guitars tracking at all times. Love the data it provides. Have had damage to instruments because of sudden changes to humidity. This makes it fast and easy to track and properly care for my gear. Can’t rave about this enough! Show more

    It forgot who I was
    UPDATE. I have never had a developer respond to a review before. I am very impressed with their desire to address my comments and my problem. Consequently, I have up upgraded my rating. The app does work quite well and I am still very pleased with the data it collects and the ease of use. Other than the hiccup I encountered with logging on, the app has performed perfectly. I have every intention of continuing to use my Humiditrak and this application. Thanks! After nearly 2 years of use, my app stopped recognizing me. It required me to log in then wouldn’t accept my password. Then all I got were error messages when I tried to reset my password. I could find no way to contact any form of customer support. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. The only way I could get my device working again was to set up a new account with a different email. Now I lost all my historic data but I was able to get the Humiditrak working. While I still like and still use the device I was disappointed of the process I had to go through to restore my device to working order and the inability to contact any type of customer support when the automated password restart failed.     Turned into brick
    When you buy a device like this you expect it to work. —update just received reply from the Dev team at big D. Was it 90+ days later. That may sum up the support the give to clients. — if you love you instruments get something that is reliable and easy to use. Sensor push has been working flawlessly and works on Wifi give constant updates. I found this device has limited Bluetooth range . Also device stopped working after 4 months. Support said unit had issue during upgrade and did not complete software load. Support sent a set of instructions for potential error. Instructions do not fit my issue since it does not light nor connect to Bluetooth. In hind site should not have wasted my money. On the other hand My SensorPush device has worked flawlessly with better range(WiFi) remote alarms etc... very useful vs Humiditrak extremely limited offering Show more

    Pairs with iPhone but won't connect to the app after3 days!!!
    I have a vintage Martin HD 35, 1934 Vintage Gibson 12 string & custom made Blue Grass guitar. I bought one Humiditrak to try it out as I'm very paranoid about low humidity in NE Iowa. I use 5 of the Boveda packs in each guitar case in addition to 2 Martin white sponge worms in each guitar hole. I also keep a digital temp & humidity reader in each case. After 3 days it stopped working. Shows up I'm paired in my phone settings but the D App says it is not paired. I spent $50.00 & was ready to spend another $100 to buy 2 more for piece of mind. NO DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO RESET the darn thing either. June 27, 2017. Wow I finally get a response from the developer after six months??? You have got to be kidding?? I found another solution that is better and distance is not limited. I've had it since January 17. It is called Acurite Smart Hub. I now have nine custom-made guitars and each one has a sensor in it that I can check temp and humidity in the house or online 3000 miles away through a web browser or my iPhone app. Your product is not the solution for expensive Instruments.     Worked great until I added a fourth
    The iPhone App just crashes now, every time I try to add the new sensor. Even tried restarting my phone. I'd hate to have to delete the app and lose all of that data I have been trending for the last several months, but i'm afraid that is what I'm going to have to do...unless they can tell me something different. Very frustrated. Great idea - poor execution. Please fix it. **UPDATE** New app updates fixed it! Love it! Thanks for the hard work. I now have 8 and all works fine!!! Show more

    Wow the worst
    I just wrote a review about how bad this app is and it is worse than I thought. I tried to reset up the Humiditrak device with the app but the app does not remember me. So login failed. I have to re register with D'Addario? NO thanks. So frustrating. Show more

    Crashes Constantly
    Really cool product and app. However, after setting it up, it won't load again and it always crashes. Hope it gets fixed because as of right now it's useless Show more

    Update broke app!
    The latest update broke the app. Impact details crash the app, averages are missing and the humidity and temperature go haywire. $50 for a device that no longer works correctly. Please fix this!!! Show more

    Does track my humidity, but...
    There is a menu choice for "user guide" that does not work. My iPad is linked to trackers for two acoustic guitars. So is my iPhone. The iPad stays at home within range of the guitars all day. Yet the readings do not update on my iPhone throughout the day. Should have better coordination: same data across all devices. Show more
