They put critical buttons so high on the screen that you cannot use them or go back since the buttons are behind the clock / time or any other displays near the “notch”. Also having issues with things not displaying right on the bottom of the screen. Therefore I cannot even use the software on my iPhone 12 Pro and therefore cannot use the Waza Air Headphones. Wireless receiver cuts out randomly even when standby is selected off in app. Incredibly annoying!

Got the app update for iOS 14.2, and so far the headphones and app work. Still loses connection though. Hopefully, this will be fixed in an update tonight.

Does not work with iOS 14.2, which pretty much makes the whole thing useless. You can’t edit anything unless the app connects! Fix it!

Connects to headset but app never fully loads just gets stuck with the spinner goin.

Since the iOS 14.2 update, the app is not working. Please update as prior to this issue the app was working great.

Just got my brand new headphones I was so excited for and I can’t use them for anything because this stupid app hasn’t been fixed. SUPER good job guys.

Boss needs to keep this app updated. The last update was 10 months ago. App stopped connecting with IOS 14.2 for me. I can still connect on an older version with my iPad but it’s totally useless on my phone now Show more

Love the headphones. This app behaves like the Katana Mark 1 original amp. Boss should be able to update the app to mimic the mark 2, which allows 5 effects to be used at the same time. Crossing my fingers. Show more

I love the sound. The interface is very cumbersome. What it needs more than anything, is to make it compatibility with apps like Audiobus2.

Boss needs to finally fix the gyro drift problem with headphones. A great product but for the price they could have been more dependable.

In general, this app does what it needs to and works ok. Some folks have articulated their unhappiness that Bst/Mod and Delay/Fx knobs are either-or rather than separate knobs that allow all to be on at the same time, but I believe this is simply a limitation of the number off simultaneous effects that the processor can handle. It’s not an insurmountable obstacle as most of the effects show up in both the Mod and Fx menus, and the reverb knob can be set for combined delay+reverb… so it is possible to get drive+effect+delay+reverb chain. Navigation could be more intuitive. Most of all though, I wish it had a dedicated iPad version that allowed landscape mode. Show more

The effects are controlled by that 2 effect knob are inconvenient to use. It is hard to see everything is one screen on a phone it would be helpful to have landscape orientation as well. The app struggles to save preset patches every once in a while. The only redeeming feature is it allows you to use the headphones and tweak your tone even if it is a pain to get the sounds you want. It works pretty well with the WAXA-AIR headset amp. But it needs to have a landscape format—it needs to be able to flip for use on the iPad. And the virtual knobs that control two different effects are horrible. They’re not really usable. The effect on/off is also pretty inscrutable.
