After using the free trail for 3 days I went ahead and purchased a year of the Pro version. This app delivers incredible value. Not only does it offer seamless transition and beat-synced playback of your playlists, but it elevates the listening experience. I found myself enjoying old Spotify playlists and rediscovering songs that I used to love. As a former user of DJay (the iPad music mixing app) I longed the Spotify integration that they used to have. Mixonset brings this feature back in a great way. Show more

I love the app and I think it’s amazing but I think the voice for the announcements could be more human

I almost never write reviews—but this app has forced me to write one. I had low hopes but I’m really impressed

This is the best app to mix music. But I’ve referred multiple people and had the ads go away for a day and then they come back. I’m confused because it says 4 months free… Update 2: some songs will randomly restart the loading process anytime I que in order. Update 3: disappointing I can’t redeem referral award unless I subscribe… Show more

The app seemed promising but then it got annoying. I just wanted something where I can just queue up the next song at certain points in a song and have it seemingly transition but it’s a constant fight with the “Smart AI” when you wanna transition. Like just let me move the little purple dot where I want it, people getting this app aren’t asking for much here Show more

Awesome AI transition mixing app to connect with Spotify for either using on your own created playlist or simply finding new music that goes well for pool parties and all that. Also they constantly keep improving the AI! Show more

Not a fault of theirs but the technology to carry a vibe and know when to come in and out still sits with the human ear. That said, it’s loads better than Spotify or any other platform’s crossfade so I use it for runs, gym, parties etc Show more

This app is very confusing. I went online to see if there is more tutorials, which I couldn’t find. It’s great if you just want the AI to do its thing and forget about everything else. But you can’t customize the playlists seems. If you can, you’d have to do it on the go. Which is not what I’m looking for. I want to make a premixed playlists and have it mix at certain points, every time. As said, it’s confusing and maybe you can do that, but they don’t teach you that. I made a small playlist to mess around with it. Sometimes the AI would give you suggestions, other times it would play the whole song. And there’s no way to tell it to blend another song in at a certain point when it plays the whole song. After working on the playlist, I saved it. I then go to open it up. That playlist now has 30 new songs added to it…. That I don’t want on it. None of the spots where I wanted the music to mixed was saved. The AI does blending as if it’s brand new again. I did not find this app helpful. Show more

Great app just an error for me When playing Drip Too Hard by Lil Baby , it plays Wants and needs by lil baby ??

Main issue is the user interface. Too easy to play a song that interrupts the flow of the current song, when all you’re trying to do is manually queue it up. This app aims to be Spotify with way better crossfade and beat matching, but the UX is worse for two interactions which kind of kills the point. - queuing songs should be easier than playing songs (which interrupts the vibe) - when moving within a given track, the software should “mix in” the new part of the song, rather than “cutting to” it The song choices for the next song in the “smart cue” often don’t make sense. It will jump between bpms and vibes with pretty much total disregard for human ears. The only time this app works is on curated playlists of mostly the same sounding kind of music. Any type of “emotional rollercoaster” you might be trying to build into a set list will not be understood by this app’s “smart mix in this order” button. I won’t be paying for this when the trial ends. Show more

Will this app ever have the ability to work on Apple/Android CarPlay. Would be super nice to stream over the radio unit. Great app nonetheless… Just as advertised.

But this app is really really awesome and fun to play around with. It was able to take an entire Spotify playlist and somewhat sort it by BPM and theme, then fade it in and out with ease. Plus you get multiple options of when to fade, so if the crowd’s really feeling a certain song you can let it play longer and if not you can end it a bit sooner. Really great, would recommend even if just to play around with! Show more

I started off with pacemaker and ever since they lowered the music catalog i have been needing a ai dj app with great mixes. This app does great mixing and I just got the pro, but there is definitely places to improve. For instance, I wish that there was a way to see the perfect spot for mixing with options to be able to increase/decrease the song you are playing or going to play. Also, when i look up artists, albums, or songs it would be cool to see how close of a match it is to the song that you want to it to. You are able to match the bpm together, but it only seems as it is only in the queued section. Show more
