    Cute hardware, horrific software
    The interface is terrible and clumsy. Has a problem working on multiple devices and has an echo lag with the Tivoli ConX.

    So terrible
    Tivoli isn’t what it used to be Been trying for over a month w multiple devices sent to me to get things set up Sad. A great brand is no more.

    Speakers are markedly better value than Bose. App is worst piece of software on my phone.
    Big yikes at the app, but happy with the speakers themselves.

    DO NOT BUY TIVOLI PRODUCTS
    Not until their software issues are fixed. I have to email their support at least once a week to use my speakers. They don’t connect, need to be set up repeatedly. Still not working consistently after months of back and forth. Greatly regret spending this money. Support people are nice, though, and they genuinely try to be helpful. They can’t compensate for a terrible, terrible app, though. Show more

    Please, don’t waste your time or money...
    This app (and the products it is supposed to communicate with) are incredibly disappointing and so frustrating to use. I purchased the Digital Model One, a Cube and a Model CD player. The app that supports these devices is so poorly designed I spent almost 10 minutes simply trying to change the FM radio station... And the ONLY WAY to physically change the FM radio station is through the clunky iPhone app... The Cube speaker has never connected. You have to create a new “zone” every time you open the app, it never remembers the devices. I haven’t tried to get the CD player to connect. Even when I plug the CD player directly into an external speaker, the basic playback controls on the CD player are so fussy that it is hard to play a cd. I will likely chuck this entire system into the bin, because I don’t want to hassle with a return. (I just bought the set-up and have only had it for maybe three weeks.). Please, save yourself the hassle, expense and frustration. DO NOT BUY any item from their digital wireless line. It is a waste of money. Show more

    Had potential beware if you got this in 2020
    Now that Tivoli is moving on to a newer generation of this radio, this app will have little to no support. It’s a shame on wasted potential. It could have SiriusXM support but instead they went with obscure streaming services that most people do not have. I linked my Tidal account and the stream either skips, stops after one song, or plays the same song over again. Spotify is spotty and can only be used if you have a premium account. I have no issues with my other streaming media devices across various platforms like my playfi speakers, google nest, or just Bluetooth with airplay. I wanted to like this, I’m a Tivoli apologist, but this was an experimental mess from the beginning of its release. Show more

    There must be a better way
    Sorry- I am a recording engineer. These Tivoli products sound great. Customer service from the company is quite good. But this app is junk. It’s the most counter-intuitive thing I’ve ever used. While it may be flexible, using and managing this flexibility is the most frustrating thing I’ve ever run into in the audio world. There simply must be a better way to write a manual, set up menus and interface a piece of gear. This ain’t it. I’ve invested too much in this system to back out now. I must find a way to make this work. Tivoli- if you are listening- if your app worked as well as your products sounded, you would OWN the market. Show more

    one problem after another
    i love the look and sound of my tivoli products but that fact that they have to be run through this app for ultimate effectiveness is atrocious. for $350+ speakers they should work consistently and with minimal bugs. that’s the opposite of how they are in reality. i have had to reset my speakers multiple times. they consistently lose connection despite a strong wifi connection. the app is cumbersome and slow. at this point i’m too bought in to give up but i would not repeat this purchase, largely because of this app. Show more

    Useless on iOS 14
    This app no longer communicates with the speakers. I have a Model One Digital and a Cube. I never liked the app functionality but it was the only way to pair the speakers for them to work as a stereo pair. Now that doesn’t work. It has been two weeks since I brought this to the attention of the support team. I have had to unities contact three times and have only receive “we’ve forward your issue for the development team”. What a poor customer experience. I expected more considering the cost of these products. Now I realize they are just over priced and behind the competition in technology. *Update* Still no update to the app. Tivoli reached out after a month asking for information. Case DC166367 has been in the Tivoli support queue since 9/20/2920! Show more

    Tivoli will simply have to do better.
    I got my combo a few weeks into lockdown. Love the look, sound is good. Unfortunately configuration is near impossible without help. Actually being able to connect to Spotify or other is hit or miss. The only think that is dependable is the radio. Almost 5 months in...not getting much use... Tivoli Audio...PLEASE work on the app or make totally BLUETOOTH! I don’t need all the apps bells an whistles. I just wanted some nice Bluetooth speakers in stereo.... Show more

    it only looks good
    it is not a user friendly design at all! I have always get connetion problems, not like other brands, it is easy to connect a device once powered on. unfortunately, i bought two cubes, and one was dead when i upgrated the firmware, and the other one just prevent itself being used.... never buy and recommend it to friends anymore. waste money!     Connectivity issues
    I bought a Model One Digital, a cube, and Conx. Audio gets an A- and connectivity gets a D and I am being nice. App should simply and not complicate access. I wanted to retire my old Tivoli on the desk and go 21 st century.....very disappointed. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing ! Just being honest, I have spent over one hr it should of taken 10 minutes. Show more

    Worst app ever
    I’m fairly tech savvy and I just wasted a couple of days trying to get a 2 Zones established. Not only are there continuous software errors and failures but they are inconsistent. When you get sound from the speakers it is excellent but the app and software make them impossible to use. Show more

    zones do not work
    the app forgets zones you set up if you turn off hardware, a fundamental flaw in functionality, hard to believe this doesnt work, ugh more and more problems with the basic functionality app as i use it more, im in an eternal loop of having to set up everything, they probably need to scrap this one and start over Show more

    Not ready for prime time
    I love tivoli’s products but their software isn’t up to snuff. Glitchy. Fussy. I hope they get their act together before sonos eats their cake

    Horrible for WiFi
    The Orb speaker I bought is great in my living room and I have no problem with the Bluetooth; however, the Tivoli Art app is just junk that does not work. I followed the directions and it still won’t work on WiFi. The app is poorly designed and fails at its basic job. The speaker is too expensive for this app not to work. When I went to select the consumer help feature in the app it sent me to a 404 error page on Tivoli. It is a nice speaker, but if you wanted a speaker to use with your WiFi network I would stay away from all Tivoli speakers unless they totally redesign the Tivoli Art app to actually work. Show more

    Garbage app ever
    I wish apple made Zero star... It took me tremendous effort and time to set up the speaker finally and three days later I had to go through all over again just to listen over wifi. I seriously doubt the skill level of the app developers and the company owner's effort to make this app work right... I dearly loved tivoli since the day I experienced 10 years ago but the speaker sound is also dull and something is going down with this company... Probably shutting down the business might be helpful for consumers like me to stop buying tivoli and not being in pain every time when I try to listen Show more

    Aggravated
    Bluetooth is supposed to be simple. From both iphone and android devices - can’t get this to sync. Edit: got it to work, wasn’t an intuitive process.

    Awful!
    I JUST WANT TO PLAY A CD! If I had known just using the CD player through my existing integrated amp (not Tivoli) would have been such a COMPLETE pain in the neck I would certainly have spent my money elsewhere! I want to just pack this darn thing up and send it back! Keep my money. I don’t care. It’s either that or just throwing this thing in the trash! IT SHOULDN’T BE THIS HARD! Zero stars!
