    Junk speakers junk app
    App is terrible for streaming services - doesn’t work at all with Apple Music unless you’ve bought all the tracks. The app constantly crashes and loads horrible. Plus the speaker connection last about an hour and then won’t load anything at all. Speakers are junk unless you connect though Wi-Fi, Bluetooth sound is so terrible you might as well not use them.     App no longer connects
    Like many others who have commented, I cannot connect the app to my sound bar and there doesn’t seem to be any fix or cause as to why this is happening. Seems like Samsung doesn’t care anymore. Guess I won’t be buying any Samsung products in the future. Show more

    Still does not work on iOS 15
    Have not been able to use this app for over 1.5 years. The app keeps asking to be connected to Wi-Fi, even though my phone is connected to Wi-Fi. Deleting/re-downloading in the app does not fix the issue. This has been happening since iOS 14. Samsung refuses to update the app. This will be my last Samsung purchase for sure. Show more

    Broken.
    Blinks out as immediately after opening the app. Been like this for a year. Samsung doesn’t support their projects unless they are brand new.

    Does not work with iOS 14
    The app cannot find or connect to the WiFi network anymore. My speakers are useless without this app.

    Slow and glitchy
    In short: slow and requires restarts just to pause music. In long: Open app to turn off or down music, go for pause, reload for 10 seconds, sometimes requiring a restart. Groups: remake just about every time you want one. Nothing on Home Screen to seek or anything, seems standard now for music apps. Show more

    New bug in the app?
    So after a few years of fine performance, the function no longer works. No changes to technology on my side... Bluetooth still connects to my R1 speaker but the app does not load and freezes on the find speaker/add speaker/settings screen...reloaded app, no help, reboot of speaker no help, reboot router no help...getting thru to customer service impossible......help! Show more

    Works Better than the android app.
    It’s terrible how Samsung can’t even update their own apps for their own products (GN20U) that they provide yet they can update it for an iPhone and make it work perfectly well. Besides a little rant the app actuallyWorks as it should the only problem I seem to be having is the volume shift or for a group of speakers seems to be a little delayed. Show more

    always problems
    this app is terrible. it’s outdated, it’s constantly saying “no wifi connection” while all my devices are connected to the same network. the speakers sound amazing however they’re always disconnecting from each other because of the app. march 2021.... the app gets worse Show more

    Horrible product
    More headaches then enjoyment. I have 2 speakers and constantly lose connection on one of them. Takes a lot of random troubleshooting to get them to group together again. Have had them for a couple years. Time to bite the bullet and get Sonos I guess. Show more

    Horrible
    Samsung pushed an update and I lost my access to Amazon Prime music. What happened? Pressing the “Source” bar results in nothing. The only “sources” offered is my phone and a bunch of blank spaces I can move around. This update ruined a functional app. Show more

    No longer works with iOS 14.4
    Please fix. No longer works with latest iOS 14.4 update. Says to connect to WiFi even though I already am.

    Dear Samsung
    Updated: Jan 20, 2021 App no longer works in ios14.x. Will Samsung ever fix this and support their products? Geez! This is a real sheet show. Come on Samsung. Get it right! Original review: You’ve lost me as a lifelong customer. Many TV, monitors and soundbars over the years. You’ll never see me or my money again. All because you can’t seem to update an app, yup a small simple app, that hasn’t functioned for a year now. Clearly our relationship is broken. You’ve made it impossible to live with. Your work ethic is horrible. Your concerns for others is non existent. Consider this your divorce papers being served. It was nice when it worked but that’s wins ago now.     Error
    Using the app, i did log on my anghami account, but it never loads and there’s always an error therefore i cant actually use it

    Hot garbage
    Literally a dumpster fire of an app. The only thing it’s good for is updating the firmware on my soundbar and even then I barely trust it to even get that right. On iOS, the only music service I see is the My iPhone option. It doesn’t even fill the screen on my iPhone 12. I don’t know why Samsung has to try and reinvent the wheel with everything. All they have to do is add airplay and chromecast functionality to the speakers themselves and they’d be perfect. Show more
