Long story short, this app has never worked properly even since the release of the first R1 and so on speakers. Numerous amounts of phone calls to tech support over the years... they didn’t even know what app I was talking about...? Then toward the end (a few months ago) started saying they could put in a ticket to the developers but after five of those, no luck... I’ve never had a good connection using the Multiroom App over WiFi. It would play a few songs, then freak out. Sometimes, it would log me out of connected accounts and then take forever to fix. Also, it’s not functional with Apple Music unless the music through iTunes is purchased. Meaning, no subscription for Apple Music can be played... most likely because of some stupid contract... It’s literally a hassle with Samsung. I have a really nice tv that was over $3,000 when purchased. Worked great for a year, then they stopped updating the smart apps so it’s basically useless without a fire stick or cable... After having my R1 speakers and this app for over five years, I upgraded to Sonos. Haven’t had an issue once! Show more

This app won’t be able to see Q90r Soundbar. The Soundbar. It doesn’t have SPK for the MultiRoom to connect to. You can only use Bluetooth. This app won’t work. The SmartThings will only let you play via BT. Show more

I have tried many times to use this app. Iphone 11 latest firmware, app is stuck on loading constantly. If i delete and redownload, i can get the app to work once. Then after i close the app and reopen it wont work. Why even keep this soundbar if the app doesnt work? Will be returning Show more

Samsung please update your app! No longer works on iOS 14. App consistently states no wifi connection even though I am connected. Have restarted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and reset the bridge and speakers. Nothing works. Show more

This APP could be so much more. Everything about it is hard to use.

The app when paring both speakers will change the tempo of the song and speed it up. Both are connected to wifi but only one speaker works when connected by stereo. Show more

Tried connecting my speaker. Nothing. Then it tells me to connect my speaker to WiFi. I don’t need it connected to WiFi! It’s Bluetooth

I know your not selling Multi room speakers now but for all the people with speakers, soundbar, and TVs that support them. Please update the app and speakers. Thank you!

Excellent sound quality after months of despair trying to connect it. As another reviewer wrote- difficult to install but now that my brother helped me figure out how to connect- it operates well and the sound quality is superb. Show more

You cannot use this app unless you turn on your location. This is supposed to be for playing music. They don’t need to know your location.
