Just got an XDM17BT for my vehicle and this app, along with the other “iPlug” apps say that they work with the radio and my phone, but they do not. Open the app and it just sits at the loading icon until the app is closed. Show more

Radio works great and sounds pretty good. The app never connects.

The radio unit itself is fantastic. The app not so much it doesn’t get past the loading screen.

I am having the same issue as the other user. Brand new XDM17BT iphone iOS 13.3.1 . I am able to pair my phone to the radio. I can stream music to the radio though not the best quality sounding it does work. However when opening the radio app it is just stuck with a spinning pairing icon. Does the app use the same radio to phone pairing or a separate ID? So I guess I can't really review it until it opens. Show more

App stays in perpetual state of loading and won’t connect to radio. I have the XSM17BT Model radio and shows to be compatible so not sure what’s going on. Also I’m running the latest version of iOS 13.3.1 on my phone. Show more
