Why does the queue not work?

I have Sonos on 13 TV’s and additional Sonos devices in many more rooms. This is truly amazing product and synchronization is phenomenal, that all sound is perfectly synced throughout the house. My one negative is do not buy a Move. Something about that portable speaker is hard to stay online and pair with BT. The rest of the speakers and amps are all good. Show more

Updates galore, I always spend 10 minutes connecting every time I use the system. Cannot remove an old speaker from my account. Great sound when it does work!

Difficult to connect Sonos

Wi-Fi goes in and out….Speakers sound great but super frustrating the app is making me regret my purchase

Just got my One SL speaker, and this app is communicating with it very well. It was so easy for me to choose between music developers and was able to choose my favorite music developer, Spotify. This should be the essential of home audio one day. Show more

Sonos app is great if you have only sonos speakers, but needs work to get along with other systems.

Stops playing at mid song everytime

This app does not work with Apple phones. I have connected and reconnected my speakers, deleted the app, reinstalled the app. All I get is “error Que 701”. Please fix this issue. By the way, I have a newer model iPhone. Show more

We’ve had it for years and when it works I love it. Recently it has been super glitchy- plays 1-2 songs then drops the music all together. Frustrating.

Terrible experience with the recent upgrade.

I have had it with Sonos products. I’ve had to reset and setup my three devices more times than I can count. I’m a senior level IT engineer with one of the largest banks in the US with over thirty years experience setting up services, routers and Cloud access but have never been so dissatisfied with an app and hardware. Will sell these on eBay if I can and start over with something cheaper and more reliable. Show more

After software update Play 1 speaker no longer shows up in app and I now have to factory reset it to fix it
