    It works…mostly
I like that I can use the app to listen to my steaming services without being connected to my phone. So I can walk away and use the phone without disrupting the music. I do not like that I almost always (95%) have to use the app to raise and lower the volume. I wish I could consistently use the volume controls on my phone. Sometimes it does…more that often it doesn’t. I know Sonos has an * about the use of the volume buttons. I have tried everything like shutting down all other apps but doesn’t seem to have an effect. Absurd
Sonos requires you to share your iPhone’s location as a condition of setting up one of their speakers — and has the gall to lie and say this access “is required to detect your nearby products during setup.” Show more

    Checking update failure
You need to find some new coders that actually test the goddamn software that they do it doesn’t work I can change my wireless network because you won’t let me do it because you say you can’t verify the update I download the most recent from the App Store your code people need to be replaced with competent programmers Show more

    Gives me exactly what I don’t won’t
When you type in a song through songs, it gives an entirely different song. For instance, I wanted to listen to lust for life by Lana Del Rey ft. The weekend, and it gave me Anything could happen by Ellie Goulding. I don’t have a good experience with this app. Show more

Sonos is lousy. Just get a Bluetooth speaker.
The interface is a constant nightmare of password resets and reauthorizations that usually fail; a fickle process to link to my music library requiring frequent re-setting; and don’t get me started on moving from one Sonos location to another. Stay away. Get a Bluetooth speaker. Show more

Gets a little worse every month
I really liked my first sonos products. Over the years, I’ve added more and more SONOS products, because I’m willing to pay the higher cost if it works when I need it. Unfortunately, it just keeps getting worse. Sometimes it will work for a while (even days) if I unplug all the Sonos products, reset my phone and network, and try again. Often, I just give up and put in headphones. If I wanted to waste an hour running around getting my speakers to work everything I had guest over, I would have bought a cheap Amazon knockoff. To be fair, I don’t even know if I’m using the right Sonos App since different products have directed me at different apps. Maybe this is the way it’s supposed to work, but then they should tell the people at Best Buy to stop selling the product based on claims it all works together seamlessly and is compatible with airplay. A couple years ago you couldn’t get the product and now its always on sale…. I guess I’m not the only one sick of battling my “smart” speakers just to listen to music. Show more

Solid but errors with Amazon Music & Pandora frustrating
Simply does not load some music sometimes, and then those apps are clunky with Airplay.
