    Great idea
    Ran through the listening test and love how it creates a personalized experience for my taste in the content I enjoy. Cannot wait to see this in more products!

    Great but hearing test not working.
    I installed the app and ran the preferences section. I noticed a significant improvement. Then I started the hearing test. The first two tones were present but the app stalled when the third tone was played. I have an iPad Pro 11 inch running iOS 13.4.1. Show more

    Almost good, needs love put in it.
    I tried personalizing my music but did not enjoy how it crushed up the vocals and made them more mono tone.

    Only works with Spotify therefore pointless
    Professional audio engineer here, Sorry Sonarworks, so far you dropped the ball on this one. I absolutely love reference 4 with my HD650’s, but this software is just flat out bad. None of the settings make my headphones sound better and then after I wasted 20 minutes creating my profile I find out it only works with Spotify. Show more

    Glitch stops setup
    The initial setup test hung several times at 90% completion ostensibly due to server issues. I can’t proceed. Uninstalled.

    Why only Spotify?
    App is really great, personally got nothing to complain about concept, but, why only Spotify? Will be great to have at least Deezer to work with, many ‘audiophiles’ (also people who don’t have Spotify available in their country) use Deezer over Spotify because of it’s Hi-Fi account that delivers better quality than Spotify does, Since the app is made for audiophiles why not to have it? That got me disappointed, I enjoyed the app but couldn’t use it Show more

    Good idea
    I’ve tried it on some songs that I’ve listen to million times og million different speakers and headphones, and I don’t agree with the sound that it’s making for me, I think it’s way to processed, I don’t like it. I love Reference though, it has really helped me with my mixes lately Show more

    Doesn’t work!!
    Registered using email address. Set personal profile. Tried to set Apple AirPod profile - didn’t work! Tried to use personal profile - required Spotify Premium! No path to Apple Music or personal libraries. I was hoping to use this to replace Sonarworks’ prior app which didn’t work very well. This version doesn’t work at all! Show more

    Disappointing
    Only works with Spotify premium. Needs iTunes, Apple Music, and Tidal integration.

    Cool concept!
    This idea has some potential, to create a listening preference tailored to preferences across different devices or when in the car. The A/B test to figure out my sound preferences was cool, but I wish I could have tested the results on an iTunes track as I don’t use Spotify. I’ll bet they have it in the ‘works’. Show more
