Please add metronome, midi and sequencer, then definitely a nail in the coffin best.

I’m giving it 3 stars since it’s perfect except for one major detail… we can’t make custom packs. It would be nice if we could make our own soundpacks from scratch but other than that it’s a good app and I like the fact that we can export it to launchpad. So yeah just add the ability to make custom soundpacks and then I will be satisfied. Thanks Show more

Been using Blocs for a few years now. It’s been right on the verge of perfect for so long. It has come a long way and with the inclusion of the “pro features”, it struck gold. I’ve used this app for years, and although it sounds good, I can’t find a place for it in my pro sound musical setup. I delete it for awhile, then re download it and remember why i deleted it. It’s not a bad app, it just isn’t intuitive and doesn’t reall flow with all the pro music apps i have. I find no use for it when i integrate it into AUM, and the beats aren’t good enough to sequence…IDK. It’s sounds good, just not really for me…ill keep deleting it then re installing to see if any changes to the workflow. I really love the developers other app!! I use Groovebox daily Show more

This is one of the best iOS music making apps to get ideas started and laid down. I use it almost every day.

When will you release a new version ? Or make it easier to export entire songs ?

I really like the syncing between the apps but I think there should be something for Launchpad to Blocks. Idk I might just be nit-picking

Amazing idea layout, but system crashes when you try and use abelton link with any other app key shifts at random times and crashes doesn’t play loops from the start even if marker is set and overall wonky I love this app it’s the brains of my operation but when it acts up it messes up my whole flow and it’s frustrating. and for the love of god add a metronome. Right out the box you’ll be finding a groove with the bounce you like in no time.

Blocs let’s you try out hybrid ideas and capture them as loops you can export to your DAW on your Mac via AirPort and other means. It’s so easy and fun to do… when I’m stuck, I spend some time in Blocs and the music just gets itself moving. Really great app and loop ecosystem! Show more

I love this app, helps get a idea for songs

It’s a good game so fun made great songs on there the only problem though is that when your finish and listen it keeps going and doesn’t stop just keeps looping so it’s not that bad though it is a great game and I recommend it if you want to Wright songs and your a starter just like me Have fun with it!!!!!! I cant stop making music.

Every single pack is $1.99. There’s no bundling or one-time purchase for all packs, and you don’t get any w/ purchase of Pro subscription. You also can’t demo them other than listening to some short pre-made clips. You likely will need multiple packs to create anything worthwhile, and at $2 per pack, the price adds up quickly. Aside from that, it’s laughable that the dev expects people to upgrade to pro when there’s not even a metronome in the app period. Show more

Needs project syncing between iPhone and iPad! Would be a five star app with project syncing between devices.

So I don’t spend a lot of money but when I do its on my music this app has me spending a lot of money for something that is not a quote on quote D.A.W. I spend a lot of time on blocs wave the only other apps I spend more time on is G.B and Beat Maker 3 and a lot of times my ideas start at blocs wave the I take it to them. I have been playing around with this one too and I actually subscribed to launchpad. I would have happily subscribed to this one if you didn’t require us to pay for each sound pack separately. That was kind of the dealbreaker for me. I’d like to be able to try out sounds without having to pay for them first like launch pad allows us to do. I’m not sure why you didn’t include a a price for everything as one like in your other app but please let me know if you ever do and I will be there. Also it would be nice if launchpad had more sound packs. ??‍♀️ Show more
