App works when on WiFi at home. When im not on WiFi, message saying “connection or downloading problem” comes up and I can’t play any loops. How do I fix this ? Show more

App crashes consistently, cannot perform basic functions, takes to long to load songs on to playlist, loading song on to playlist cause the app to crash. The interface for searching for loops is not friendly and cumbersome. Bugs should be fixed or taken off the App Store. Show more

Every time I want to download a new track, it freezes up and the app will uninstall itself

I don’t know what’s happening lately, but this used to be the best and easiest to use app around! Suddenly it’s freezing like crazy, half the beats are not right, and the CDub team’s only response in email is to delete it until they can get it fixed!!! Like really, what’s happening? I use this app in my studio and at church and I’ve gotten several people to use it as well. They’re all having the same issue. Does anyone know of a similar app that can be used because I’m pretty much done with this one? Show more

This app keeps on crashing, as well as freezing. When I press Cue Loop after downloading a track it doesnt open in my loops, I dont know why, but it happens often. Today during church service the app froze so I had to play with no drums. Im disappointed because Im depending on this to work especially paying monthly for it. Its a great concept making this app but please fix these issues. Show more

App is great! BUT i only use it two times then the loops stop playing!!? IM writing this review to hopfully get in contact with someone to help me with this issue. I paid for this app! Please contact me asap. Love the product tho Show more

Lately the tracks that I choose don’t go with the actual song. Please fix this

It’s a dope app I love it for my church services... but sometimes while I’m trying to download the app it’s freeze while I’m trying to cue it up

I’m a HUGE fan of C-Dub and his products HOWEVER, this app has several glitches. - I have to close and reopen the app after downloading a new track - The app will play “#911 SHOUT” when I try to go the next track on the list( a MAJOR distraction and disruption of service) - Many tracks are listed as one song but plays another (I attempted to play The Presence of The Lord by Byron Cage but More Than Anything played instead??‍♂️) Hopefully these issues can be resolved soon. #CDubIsStillTheGOAT? I have the newest IPhone and even after reading the reviews, I still subscribed because I don’t have a drummer. Church starts in 1 hour and the system has crashed 2 times. I’ve literally had to shut down and restart my phone. I just attempted to download another song and it’s been frozen/processing for about 3 minutes. I’m about to power my phone down for the 3rd time. For $20 per month, these problems shouldn’t be existing. The reviews warn of this, but I thought maybe my case would be different. Wishful thinking.... Show more

I have this app download on all my devices and I have to delete it everyday Sunday for it to work properly for an app that cost 20 a month this is a complete waste of time Show more

This is a great app I’ve used it several times. I recently purchased a new phone and after switching all of my stuff over from last phone, I can’t restore purchase. Other than that it’s great!!! Show more

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after reading so many of the haters, I had to add a 5 star rating and pray that every real church musician get this subscription. Been using this since it came out. Life saver in the last minute, always additional loops added, can use the loops for any other song, can set up playlists, change the tempo. Come on. This is a no brained. The video tutorials alone are with the $20/mth. Stop being cheap and wanting everything for nothing and subscribe. It’s worth it. Show more

Y'all should try Xme Loops Excellent and cheaper

Hey C-Dub great app! The iPhone version of the app keeps crashing on me. Is this going to be fixed in the new update? Additionally, do you think you can add a “FADE IN” option to the OS. The fade out button is great but the loops start off pretty aggressively with no fade in option. Could this be added to the new update as well? Show more

C-Dubb, I have not been able to use this app in over a year and a half. Either loops don’t play or it glitches. I couldn’t even get into the app to message you from there. I decided not to reinstall because last time I did that, I was charged a fee as if I was purchasing the app all over again. Please advice because your company is withdrawing a monthly fee from me and I can’t get any use out of your product. Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Show more

I have not been able to use this app in 3 weeks. Every time I try to cue a song the app freezes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app everyday for the lat 3 weeks trying to get it to work and it keeps freezing. I even tried using it on a different device same thing occurs. I depend on this app for my music ministry and it has failed me too often. When it was working I Loved it!! Ow it’s just a waste of my money paying monthly and I can’t even use it. Show more
