Recently purchased RP701 and though it’s the upgraded RP501r (2016)model. It appears the RP702 is not supported with this app. Very disappointed to know. My hope is there will be an update to allow me to get the same functionally that was offered with the earlier model. Show more

Oh joy, just dropped $2200.00 on a new FP-90X and it doesn't work with the app. Super awesome.

Seriously Roland, this is an embarrassing app for such a renowned music company. I would have expected more from you.

I would respectfully like to ask the Roland company to please consider users with visual impairments or no usable vision. I have found neither your apps or the roland go to be accessible. I would like to use it on its own and if not I would like to use it with an app. Unfortunately because I have no vision I am finding this very difficult. Show more

App connected to FP-90 using iPad Air on 14.4.2 via USB connection. No note sounds in Flashcards, no sounds in Rhythms and error messages saying notation can’t be displayed in Scales. So far not very useful - although I did discover the app will play Flashcards in disconnected iPad. Show more

The moment I increase or decrease the volume slider with this app, it just takes off on its own in that direction. Please patch this issue as this is a major problem that occurred following the most recent update. Also, app disconnects via Bluetooth or Hardwire for no reason at all. I certainly expect a much more dependable robust app from Roland than this very poorly maintained software. Please invest some dollars and effort into the software so we can utilize your digital pianos without constant issues. Show more

I like being able to select instruments quickly and visually with this app, however there are two issues. I seem to have to pick my Piano from the drop down each time I launch this app rather than just auto detecting via Bluetooth. The app is also so bright when you want a dim atmosphere. Please give us dark mode! Show more

When connecting to my Roland HP 702 via Bluetooth, can’t get beyond the “incompatible device” error dialog.

I would rate this 4 or 5 stars if you could save recordings! The piano model I have does not allow on board recordings so for the app to not have them either is really annoying! I hope you can fix this! Please, and thank you!! Show more

Great idea, BUT, hard to navigate through music scores. Scrolling through is painful, often jumps several bars when I just want to move one or two. Also, arpeggios are not always accurately notated. Could be a great tool for practicing and learning songs, but TOO BUGGY. Similar problem when trying to adjust tempo to play along with scores. Please fix this app. Also, I’m sure ou could include more features, and ear training exercises. Step up and make his a worthwhile app. It’s advertised as part of the FP-10 purchase. I’d hate to have to return an otherwise useful instrument just because the app is subpar. Show more

Incompatible with iOS14.3 cannot pair Bluetooth. Excruciatingly painful experience in pairing with prior versions and Android 10.Roland, please fix this ASAP, too many customers who invested into Roland pianos are suffering by simply being unable to connect to the instruments. No other app has such fragile Bluetooth pairing as this one. This does not deserve even a single star for now. Functionally, welcome improvement would be if app would detect when player is playing correct notes, highlight them in the scores and be able to automatically turn page. I truly hope that you can fix Bluetooth ASAP. Thank you in advance. I would be happy to change the rating when this happens. Show more

For whatever reason, when I try to look at the scores available for playing along with there is an issue with the metronome. I set it at one speed, and then when I push play on the recording the metronome fluctuates between many different speeds, making the play along feature practically useless. I love my new FP-10, but I had much higher expectations of this app. Show more

I want it! This is amazing. But imagine piano partner 3 where there is even more features! Like more sections. Maybe add a way to play more than one recording! I love this! You guys rock UwU Show more

I’ve tried on an old iPad and on a new iPhone and always the same problem. Half the time I try to record the app crashes. Pretty useless overall.

Bluetooth connection iPad - Roland FP30 is somewhat unreliable it just makes you angry (believe me I did all the tricks) when you want to play happily piano! Roland Corporation knows all about this problems long time ago and is not solving it. If the piano interface is poor and you have to rely on the app for settings, functional bluetooth is a must. This kind of service you only expect from a crap company. I tried 2 new USB cables to connect the iPad and after 2 weeks the connection is not working anymore at all. Show more

Connected once. After only error. Followed all instructions to remove device and try again. Nothing but error. Useless.

Pleas add support for voiceover. If you are blind, as many pianists are, you cannot use this app. What a shame.
