I’ve had an idea for another feature. The Total PA speakers that have lights on them have custom functions like the color cycle, can be set to any series of colors. And for the beat sync can be set to cycle through any colors or just be one color. And, The rainbow wheels can be set to any colors. Hi I am a proud owner of the Ion Explorer but as an apple user I have been experiencing some problems with the Bluetooth connections which is inconvenient. ?

I am not able to use party starter mode I don’t know if it was affected with the update

App doesn’t even register that my speaker is connected to my device. Still asks to enable Bluetooth. It’s just better to go up to your speaker and manually adjust each individual slider on the back. Show more

For whatever reason, there’s no way to save the custom EQ settings on the Pathfinder 320. Whenever you power off, lights and EQ is reset. This wasn’t an issue on previous models. Show more

The price is great and on the lower end of outdoor speakers this size. It sounds really and everything is easy to use. The options are very limited and that makes sense based on the cost. Overall very happy with the speaker and the app. Show more

My ION Game Day Party is not connecting to the app. Like it will connect for a few seconds then just cut off and won’t connect again. UPDATE THIS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

All the features of the app work well, connects easily, very happy.

Purchased the Pathfinder 320 a few weeks ago and have been very happy. The app was easy to setup and has connected with no issues. The are a few very basic functions that would be nice to see in the app to make it great. Being able to control the volume for FM. Shouldn’t have to go to speaker to adjust this Being able to save a couple presents. If I turn off the lights and adjust the EQ, it would nice if it kept that setting next time I open the app or be able to save the settings. Show more

Tried it on two different ion PA Premier and didn’t work.

App always ruins lights on the PA. Lame. Update app so my 200 (x2) speakers work again.

So my speaker lets me set presets for different things. I assumed I could customize on the app. NOPE. Has to be done on the speaker itself? The app is absolutely useless. ? no features like every other speaker I’ve owned. It looks like a high school project someone didn’t finish. Show more

Do not buy these speakers. Absolutely trash never able to connect the app is no help just a bad experience over all. In My opinion , get anything but these garbage speakers. Show more

What an absolute waste of time and money. For starters, the Bluetooth works whenever it wants too. The instructions make perfect sense only when the device is working. Tech support is a joke. Fella on the phone from technical support said and I quote “Bluetooth is easy to use, so I’m not sure why your device won’t work”… no kidding Sherlock. He also said it was not a warranty issue. Just dumb. I tried three different phones, none of them even detected my ion pathfinder… ION, your fired. Show more

The app does a disservice to the great sounding speaker. I’m on my 3rd generation of the speakers. The add on of the qi charger had me holding in yo this version. I just eidh the app wasn’t so hard to get to work. I’m connected to the speaker as the app searches for it. Show more

I hook everything up for the speaker as well as downloading the app my speaker kept cutting off after 20 minutes I turn it back on it did this like three times. Then I decided to uninstall the app and boom the speaker did not turn off at all. It would have been nice if the app work so you can have a way to control the sound. For spending $200 on a speaker it should have a remote. Speaker is good but the app is trash. Show more
