i used to rely on this app to transfer my music all the time because i’m constantly adding songs to my playlists, however the new update makes the app so much more of a hassle to manage, most of the time my songs that i try to shift wont work and they’ll stay in the “pending shift” spot while those same songs will shift onto other playlists. I have a really really really hard time with user interfaces and you went and changed it and now I have no idea how to l transfer my playlists from Spotify and Apple music I’ve been trying for several hours, but it keeps just making it look like it’s transferring from Spotify to Spotify, which is useless Show more

Works with Apple Music only if you subscribed

In this newer version they removed the ability to edit the names of failed shifts and find a replacement. I have over 300 failed songs that I am not able to fix. Show more

Don’t waste your time or money with this app if you want to start using Apple Music after you’ve had Spotify for awhile. I thought I could buy the premium for this app (SongShift) that looked like it worked perfectly. Upon purchasing the premium for the app and attempting to transfer some playlists over to my Apple Music, the transfers failed. It didn’t matter if the matches were perfect or incomplete or what failed matches I ignored they just kept failing. And whatever support I contacted never responded to me with any answer on how to fix this issue. Just trying to save someone the money in case they might see this review, it’s not worth it. If the Devs read this a reply would be swell! Show more

After latest update, can’t transfer any Spotify playlists. Keeps saying there are no playlists in the library.

Shifts are failing, I have had the pro subscription for over a year. My shifts haven’t been working for about 4 months now.

It won’t let me connect to Spotify, any help??

Song shift helped me in minutes transfer all my playlists from Apple to Spotify, then back again (as soon as Tesla added Apple Music to the car:)

Simple. Easy. On the free app, I just transferred a 1059 song playlist, from Spotify to Apple Music, in about 15 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

The app completely freezes whenever I try and open it and I am unable to use it.

i transferred my music from apple music to spotify and it worked great plus it did it in like under 5 minutes

I have had a burning question for the songshift team and all three times Iemail their support email, I have never even gotten so much as a REPLY. Shame, because its a grat app but when something goes wrong you're just talking into a void. Show more
