The amp is decent but the app does not work

Don’t click I’m a passenger and let it count down and then your able to use everything

After I connected the app the the amplifier and every time a try and adjust anything it backs me out of the app to my Home Screen . So annoying , makes me reconnect and start over. Seems to work better with my wife’s galaxy rather than my iPhone . Huge headache . Show more

Connected to the app via Bluetooth and nothing on the app works with the amp. Attempted to change eq settings, bass settings and color settings. Stays on blue. App doesn’t work with amp. No manual override on amp. I will be taking this amp back to the store for a refund Show more

Still buggy as hell

Wont let me connect to amp , only once then it wouldnt work again!?? Terrible needs updating.

Chances of this connecting is close to none. Usually have to delete app and redownload just to connect.

When I connect the app to the amp as soon as it connects it cuts out where you can customize for highs and lows and I’ve tried everything an nothing works still cuts out every time I connect to the app please fix it if not I’m going with another amp and saying screw it with Jensen this will be the second time I got screwed on a Jensen Show more

Everything is hooked up but the app crashes every time I try and use it.

Garbage app but at least my subs are hitting. Gonna buy a better amp bc the app won’t let me do anything at all!

Honestly the app is trash. It does not work no matter what I do. The amp has potential but the software is junk. Fix this please.

I just got the amp and it works just fine but like many of you my equalizer won’t allow me to click on it or access any of the other features. Not a bad price or product but with utilizing the equalizer I can have an even BETTER sound. If anyone has any suggestions or solutions please holler at me. Show more

I can’t custom at all. And sounds like crap

Doesn’t sound bad but the app doesn’t even change anything the app needs a new update

So I can connect to app to amp but won’t let me move around the sounds! So I wouldn't recommend this amp or this app!
