This Application is absolutely great.

I love this app. There are lots of different options from guided meditations to soothing sounds to stories. I do wish they had more voice options because the main guy who voices the stories and meditations really creeps me out and I docked a star for that. Show more

Right when I heard her voice I was calm during the session my legs got tingly and I got butterflies in my stomach I was relaxed the best thing is it’s free no subscriptions it’s totally free I love it it’s very awesome Show more

Every time I start a meditation, about ten seconds in (just as I’m getting settled) the app stops to “congratulate” me on another meditation. I then have to quit the app and restart, because the meditation will not resume. In addition, this app will not save my settings for reminders. I don’t want, don’t need reminders. By every time I set it and click save, it reverts back. Uber frustrating and zero support. Tried App Support but says page no longer available. Show more

I love this app, the stories to fall asleep are wonderful, the voices are soothing, and has worked a charm for me for months. But lately, the story stops a few minutes in with a pop up to set up bed time reminder. I do not want or need a bed time reminder, I am in bed, falling asleep. There seems to be NO way to disable this pop up, I tried setting a time and no days, I tried setting days and a time, nothing works to stop this pop up from intruding the story and my sleep. I have reinstalled, please, is there a way to disable this pop up reminder? It would be a 5 star app for me, but these pop up reminders have ruined it for me. Show more

Absolutely thrilled to discover this! No subscription fees, lots of options for sounds in a variety of settings and all with a pleasing aesthetic. Even better, the app doesn’t need to stay front and center in order to be used - I’m listening to the rainfall/thunderstorm sounds as I type this review. Ok. Found my problem. Great app. Thanks. Wish it were easier to find downloads though. Aaannnd maybe take out the help article information about downloads only available with a premium subscription. That was stupidly confusing. Show more

I’ve spent so long looking for a free actually good meditation app and I found it! This app is so great there’s so many features and I HIGHLY recommend!

This is a fantastic free meditation app. I love the daily meditation prompt, no searching required. The sleep stories are great as well, keep up the amazing work soothing pod! Everything about this app is perfect. The layout, the meditations, I would give it a million stars if I could. Thanks for being a part of my day. One thing - please allow for music playlists to play all the way through. When I select a playlist, for example Ancient Chinese, it just plays the same song on repeat even when I select shuffle. I stirred a story and it suddenly stops for no reason whatsoever. I look at it and the timer has gone back to zero. This happens almost every time I use it and it is the antithesis of soothing. Show more

Being a free app it’s awesome! I love everything about this app! It is a bit limited on content but the options available are wonderful!
