    Complete garbage
    The app does not work with headphones. I’d give it zero stars if that was an option. JLAB needs to hire some real app developers.

    Won’t connect to app
    App is broken and useless, uninstalled and reinstalled and still can’t use it and can not update earbuds or change any settings.

    Cannot detect connection
    App doesn’t detect that the headphones are connected so I can’t use any of the apps features.

    App doesn’t work
    This is the 3rd pair I’ve had the latest pair the app won’t connect to them. I’ve try pairing and unpairing, deleting and reinstalling app. The app won’t work. It is frustrating because I want to turn the controls off so the won’t change songs whole working out. Show more

    Limited features but works fine.
    Had none of the issues others have found. Loaded easily, updated firmware quickly, and controls appear to be working. Firmware update also seems to have remedied several issues being experienced with the buttons of the Epic Air Sport ANC buds. Would give 5 stars but figured everyone would start trashing me, and do believe they could make improvements to functionality in controlling the buds. But it works as they say it should. Show more

    Doesn’t work
    Just like everyone else has said, the headphones don’t show up at all in the app…

    So stupid
    It didn’t let me connect I’m pretty sure the people making this were drunk and should be fired because this is a big scam the earbuds are great though

    App does not work for air pop
    I have the air pop earbuds. They are connected to my iphone and I’m listening to Pandora with them. Yet when I open this app, I get no battery indication and all the app tells me with a pop up that it needs to connect in settings. I figured if I was using these at the time I opened this app then I was obviously connected. So I guess this app does not work with air pop. Show more

    This app doesn’t deserve 1.4/5 Connectivity, settings, everything works fine on my end.

    Doesn’t Work
    The app doesn’t detect the connected device. Also, these headphones have weak volume and bass, even on their “bass” setting.

    Boring & broken
    To many issues connecting to phone & Bluetooth no matter what device I picked up..sync with the touch sensitive buttons was not the design move. Bluetooth is out of date making it more difficult to connect One item came with the right earbud not functional.. Glad I didn’t spend my own money on this product. Show more

    Bad App
    I was unable to connect my device nor did the app have an option to search for my device. This app doesn’t work.

    Nope
    Just like all the others. Just get connect in settings prompt for everything as I’m sitting here listening to music thru said ear buds

    App won’t work
    My earbuds work fine with the Bluetooth but the app won’t connect. It says to connect in settings. But can’t connect in settings even with wifi. It worked once when I first bought the earbuds but not now. Show more
