    Same issue not working
    The app tell me to connect in setting even tho the headphones are connected…

    App doesn’t work
    I’ve restarted my phone, changed my settings, paired and unpaired my headphones, deleted and reinstalled the app, bought my own satellite, created my own cellphone data company, asked the president, became the ceo of Jlabs, created my own app for the headphones, and not a single thing has worked. (Obviously some of this is a lie, I can’t afford a satellite) but I’ve tried everything and it doesn’t work. Pretty irritated by it but not the end of the world. Still very amazing head phones!     App doesn’t work (jbuds air anc)
    App doesn’t connect to earbuds, tried everything and nope, doesn’t work. Tech person here if it helps.

    Needs to be fixed
    This app is so bad I want to give it a 0, but that’s not possible so I give it a 1. The app literally doesn’t work at all and keeps telling me to connect a device in settings, there is no settings option on the app and my headphones are already connected in my phone settings. This needs to be fixed. Show more

    Doesn’t work with Go Air Sports
    Bluetooth connection is established but the app still shows no device connected. Always prompt message to connect the device in settings. Not sure if this hardware is supported with the app. Show more

    Cannot detect connection
    As countless others have mentioned in their reviews, this app is not able to detect that ma earbuds are connects. I have tried installing/uninstalling, resetting my phones settings, unpairing and pairing… nothing has work. The app opens but give a message to “please connect the device in setting”… Developers - please tell me you’re working on a solution for this. It isn’t right that we purchase a product but can’t take full advantage of the alleged features. Show more

    Doesn’t work
    App doesn’t work. I too have had to connect my Air Sports via the settings. App will not connect to the headphones no matter how many times it is downloaded, uninstalled and redownload to iPhone 13 Pro. JLab shouldn’t promote only one product for the users to use to customize their headset. Very disappointing because they had a great product at one time. Show more

    Seems to work fine
    I downloaded the app, updated the firmware and adjusted the EQ with no trouble.

    DO NOT UPDATE THIS APP if you have an older version
    DEVS HAVE INTENTIONALLY REDUCED FUNCTIONALITY. Can no longer customize all 4 EQ profiles. Only “custom” is customizable now.

    Please connect a device from settings
    I already had my headphones connected when in downloaded it and it didn’t work so I disconnected them and redownload them and it still Doesn’t work I just need it for the switch between be aware and noise cancellation if you fix it I will change from a 2 to a 5 and I have JLab Jbuds Air ANC Show more

    App does not work
    Have restarted buds and they connect to iPhone when I try to use app I am told to connect buds and they are connected. This app does nut work. Joe

    App says I need to connect in my settings but won’t do anything if I connect everything and the ear buds don’t even link together they link separately Waste of time Show more

    I believe that’s what mine are called. I know they have pop at the end anyways I cannot get the app to go past the Home Screen it’s says go to settings and connect I have at least 10 times fix please Show more

    What the….
    I rarely write reviews, (almost never) but this one just takes the cake. Holy crap, the device-to-app functionality is absolutely atrocious. Please scrap entirely or provide a worthwhile update.

    App doesn’t work at all
    Reinstalled the app many times. Doesn’t matter u can’t do anything with it. Any time you make a selection it just says “please connect the device in setting” when it’s already connected. Trash Show more
