    Nice earbuds but the app is a waste o
    Earbuds sound good. Paired easily to my iPhone. The app doesn’t work with my jBuds Air ANC’s. Tried loading the app twice and repairing the buds. No luck.

    Doesn’t ‘see’ my earbuds
    Tried to connect the newest buds but keeps saying ‘connect in setting’ and doesn’t show me any way to connect them. Developer Side- please fix this bug. Business side- do these reviews matter ??‍♂️? Show more

    Not connecting
    I cannot connect my new headphones! I lost the previous pair so i got new ones and this app will not let me forget the old ones and there’s absolutely no way to link the new ones to the app (ive looked at every setting possible) please fix this, I didn’t have any complaints with the first pair or the app either, i just eant to connect the new pair to the app Show more

    Garbage!
    Why does the app need access to anything other than the earbuds on my phone??? Tried with two different compatible JLab earbuds using both iOS and Android and neither would connect in the app. I can use the earbuds to make calls and listen to music but the app still asks to connect device in settings. Don’t waste your time I deleted the app. Show more

    App killed Voice Prompts
    The voice prompts stoped working after I installed the app. The app asked me to do an update, and I tried this, at 50% it gave an error message. I did a manual reset as instructed by quick start guide and nothing. I sent email to tech support and was told to try two methods of reset, and nothing. I removed the app, and reinstalled and nothing. Everything else works great. Show more

    Extremely dissatisfied
    Earbuds work fine on their own, but this app is simply non functional, it will not work. It needs addressing as soon as possible
