I first used this on my iPhone and I loved it. I was looking through my app purchases on my iMac and noticed this app in there. I downloaded it onto my computer and I am now very happy with it! I no longer have to suffer with the default garageband instruments when I listen to MIDIS now. Show more

As mentioned above, I downloaded to my iMac and, as usual, it went to my iPad as well. That was expected. The problem arises EACH TIME I delete it from the iPad it reappears, which is not just annoying but worrisome as well. It does perform well (****) on the iMac. Show more

I was expecting to be able to choose what specific soundfonts are used in sf2 packs, but it doesn't seem to have that feature. However, this app does it job and does it well. Great job! Show more

Used to work but with the new update it won’t let me open files

I'd like to drag & drop MIDI file from Finder to NS MIDI Player to immediately start playing.

Thank you to the developer for providing this simple and easy MIDI player. Great for previewing files and play along with the sheet music. Very happy. I hope it will be Big Sur compatible. Show more

This is a great to use as the default Previewer for MIDI files. It take to long to open GarageBand. just to listen to MIDI file. Note: Please add which file is currently playing it the Menu Bar so seeing the name of the file playing is visable. Thanks! Show more

Honestly, I sorta like it, but it doesn’t have all the sound when I put a Soundfont, I don’t know if it’s the Soundfont or the app.

When I add an SoundFomt it says “Can’t Initialize MIDI Player. Help?
