Paid for over 2 years and cancelled my subscription and lost all the music, so I guess you’re just renting the songs? ? NOT HAPPY WITH APPLE!!!!

This app works flawlessly on a iPhone. However, not so go on Google apps. I can see my album that I purchased on Apple just not Google app. The reason I’m a new Apple user is because of Amazon. I had a lot of my music that I purchased on Amazon that disappeared from their server since their update. Hope this never happens to iTunes. Thank you Apple ❤️? Show more

The service (considering cost and availability of a wide array of music)? Great! The latest version of the Apple Music app… So much worse than it used to be. It’s cumbersome and problematic. Can’t create playlist as efficiently as before. Your “history” pops up at randomly. It was better before. Developers, fix this! Please!! Show more

I don’t know about others, but my enjoyment of a music app rests highly on the abilities of its playlists. In this regard, Apple Music is a failure. First, there is no option to search globally within all playlists at once - this makes it impossible to quickly locate a song, which should be a basic function. This also makes it impossible to find duplicate tracks within your playlists. Second, there is no option to delete multiple songs within a playlist at once - it has to be done song by song, which is absurd. No option to delete multiple albums at once, either. What is Apple’s aversion to letting the user do this? Third, when you are playing a song, there is an option to “go to album” but no option to “go to artist,” which is irritating. Apple Music looks great and sounds great, but it’s not user-friendly in the way it needs to be. Right now, I’m only using it because it comes free in a family plan from a relative. The convenience and functionality simply is not there. To the developer: pay attention to what your users are telling you. You do not know better than we do what options we want. Details matter. This Music streaming is simply outstanding. Hi-Res Lossless with no extra fee. Love this. Clean UI and awesome recommendations.

I cannot find resolution to this issue and DJ mixes are the only reason for my Apple Music subscription; if this is not corrected by February, I am canceling said subscription. Hogwash. Show more

I recently got an Apple Watch and wanted to import songs from my old iTunes account. However, because I could only get Apple Music on my phone (what the watch syncs to) I had to import it. It Wont Let Me Import Songs All it wants me to do is activate their premium services so I get their comparatively small library. Would not suggest. YouTube music or Spotify it music easier to use and has miles more music Show more

It’s petty that if you stop paying for your subscription on Apple Music, the app won’t let you see what songs you downloaded in order to stop you from downloading your favorite songs onto other apps that are cheaper like Spotify, that’s why I’m changing over to Spotify. Show more

I think the only think that would make it better is a sound equalizer. The new sing thingy is pretty cool tho

Have to pay just to listen to music that’s a scam

I have noticed many times I will listen to a few songs and then go to select another song and it will not play. I have to restart the app to play a new song. Unless you have the iPhone 11 or greater, you cannot use the only new feature added since increasing the monthly fee. Show more

Another victim of the seemingly common issue of downloaded music not playing.

Nothing pisses me off more than paying monthly for an app that crashes, randomly closes, and has to be refreshed multiple times to play through a song IF the song actually plays in it’s entirety. It’s frustrating seeing the notification “operation stopped” when playing a song ESPECIALLY after JUST paying the monthly subscription meaning there shouldn’t be ANY issue. Fix this please or I’m closing my account like I never went through this nonsense with Spotify Show more

It can be said that Apple Music is the best music streaming service that I have used so far, but in the new version it had many problems, for example, after one song ends, the next song is played with a long delay, please take care of it. Show more
