It all started in the sky lander days and to this day I watch them and many iconic lines are in this app I love it so much

This is one of my favorite games but i bought the members and did not give me it. But I gave me the family pack can you please fix that?

So whenever I press the play button like the not dressed for yt buton or any other sound it won’t play but still pretty good, have any solutions?
