Im paying for subscription and using streaming for 3+ years. Some recent changes broke BP streaming : 1. Using BP app - occasionally it cannot play/ streaming purchased tracks 2. BP App randomly stops playing stream eg.. open BP>Indie Dance> Top 100 > play and after 2-3 tracks it stops , “next” helps for another track or 2 and then again 3. Streaming integration with DJAY app is now broken: stream randomly disappears and stops Please advise and resolve Show more

I tried to create an account and it wouldn’t let me, when I finally got around to making one it always said my username or password was incorrect.

Username and pswr are correct but the app still say that are incorrect!

I’ve been using Beatport for more than 10 years on desktop. This app is garbage. Tracks and playlists are never displayed correctly, and the app runs as fast as a windows 95 program. Such a shame. Show more

I’ve tried logging in so many times. Tried changing password. Still wont work

I love to create playlists on the go so I can play it later on my rekordbox integrated with Beatport Link subscription.Here we go through the problems: - No message advising you already have that track in your playlist. - Can’t delete tracks on playlist. - App doesn’t suggest similar tracks to the music you are listening like other competitors. - if you don’t have the LINK PRO subscription the quality of the music is not good. Not even in my car speakers. I’ve tried both. - App runs on iPad but it’s not mad for iPad which means it’s the same app for the iPhone but scaled. - Suggestion of tracks to listen based on my playlists is a great feature that Beatport doesn’t have like other apps. Seriously guys $14/month and the app can’t even remember my login details for 24 hours let’s get that fixed.

I mean… that’s a big problem. Works on the site but not on the app. Am I missing something, or is this just broken???

Is this app the DJ subscription app? I can login on the web when buying music but I can’t login on my iOS device.

The app won’t let me use my login and I even updated the login so the app useless to me for now, I used the same login for the website and it works fine, on iPhone 11 Pro Max ios 15.3 beta Show more

First off, I love Beatport! I have a subscription to the service and the fact that I can’t listen to the whole song and add to my collection in the app is a huge win for me. Thank you for the dedicated app! Show more

I was super super excited when I got an email saying Beatport came out with a new app. That excitement shortly dissipated after seeing that you need a Link subscription to even browse music. Would love to be able to add items to a wishlist of some sorts and then buy on the web. Between the website and now the app, I feel like Beatport just goes in the opposite direction with every move they make. EDIT: Q3 has come and gone and still no login for normal users without a subscription. Done waiting, just going to delete the app. Hopefully by next Q3 we have a login option for users without a subscription. Show more

What is the deal with this stupid subscription requirement? Why does a company like Beatport not have an app that allows customers to go in and purchase tracks? Correct me if I’m wrong, but an old Beatport app used to allow this years ago? The website is clunky on mobile. I think this is a severe marketing oversight. The reason I don’t buy tracks anymore is because I’m primarily in a mobile device, I have to log into the website EVERY single time I visit it, and it’s sluggish. Show more

The app play couple songs and then crashes.

I’ve verified my credentials on Beatport’s main website, but can’t login through the app so at this point it’s pretty much a waste of memory.

I really want to love this app, unfortunately it crashes constantly and sometimes tracks just don’t load and you end up with the spinner of death. Also, why can’t I view artist, label and genre from the full-screen track view?! (You can only do this from list view) Lots of potential, but needs some solid QA to get this bad boy running well. I love that I can compile my playlists on the go. I do 90% of my music listening in the car. Lately I’ve been having issues with this app constantly crashing while in use. It also logs me out sometimes when it crashes. I have to re-enter my login details when it does. Be nice if the app could use the iPhone’s facial recognition for logging in. Show more

Good app but still has a lot of issues. Consistently struggles to play songs.

Beatport and it’s app werethe top of the line. Now it’s just a waste of time. Just go to their site. The app is just garbage now.

Quarter 3 has ended, when will it be available to everyone. I use Beatport to purchase songs and find new songs, why do I need to purchase a subscription when I could just use website. Please make the app open to all like it was said, “Q3 it will be open to all”! Show more
