Since the latest IOS update, this app is useless. Don’t bother downloading it.

App is useless right now. Last update 5 years ago and with current iOS I can launch the app but I cannot use it. Either update or get rid of it. We are considering switching from Soundcraft to another brand because this is frustrating. Show more

This app is unusable on the current iOS, it only uses the left half of the screen and is not scaled at all. Our sound team can only use it on older iPads that are stuck on previous versions of iOS. My iPhone 13 running 16.1.1 will not run the app at all. Show more

Doesn’t work with latest iOS

With iOS 16 release for the iPhone, the screen no longer renders correctly, making the app unusable. Harmon needs to update it or take it off the App Store. I’m told it still works for the iPads. Show more

No longer fully compatible with iOS 16+

Please update your app to be compatible with the latest iOS version. It’s useless and we have to use old iPads to mix in-ears now.

App only allows one iPad or iPhone connect to it at a time. Needs a new update to fix it!!

It hasn’t worked ever since I downloaded it ? I’m not able to adjust any levels because the bottom of the page cuts off ??? please fix this pretty please!

Now that iOS has been updated to 16.2 the visi listen app is not working correctly.

Based on the version history, this app hasn’t been updated in 5 years and is not compatible with the latest iOS update thus making it useless to a lot of users. Prior to it being incompatible, it would work sometimes (when you were able to connect) but the user interface was not the best as it would be extremely hard to read on phone screens. If they would spend the necessary time to improve it and have features which users want, I would be a big fan but I current can’t use it which is quite frustrating. App was tolerable until upgrading to iOS 16. Now the app is stuck showing half the screen even though it automatically goes horizontal. Seems to be a compatibility issue with the newest iOS. So the app is basically unusable unfortunately. Show more

The app has not been updated in 5 YEARS!!!! Drop $6k on a console and you get no support after. Behringer is miles ahead. Wish we would have gone that route. Show more

Works some of the time, but our worship team wastes a lot of time troubleshooting the app so we can get our mixes set. Constant issues with this app. Now it doesn’t even work on my phone after the latest iOS update. I’m back to bugging the sound guy for levels. Show more

For the $$ you pay for sound systems you would expect a better product and support. We use this app at church to control our monitor mix. HARMAN is not a proactive company with their iOS & iPad OS updates. The app will not work with iPad OS 16.1. I did contact the developer and was told they are working on it. One would think they would have worked on any issues during the beta release period. HARMAN needs better Technical Support Engineers to put out a better product. Show more

This app lately has been not fitting with the screen on my iPad Air 4th gen. I can’t see the channels I’m adjusting. Please fix this issue. I need this.

Developer needs to update. Thousands of dollars are spent on their product, and the app to effectively use it does not work.

Updated to iOS 16 and the visi listen app only shows half the screen and touch buttons are inaccessible. I’m a musician for a church playing weekly and this is how I setup my in-ear mix. I haven’t been able to do that for 3 weeks now. This is really unfortunate and may lead me to refer a different sound board to my church. Show more
