This app doesn’t even rate a single star. App hardly works and once I downloaded iOS16 the app is useless. Only shows half of the screen and can’t see what grouping I’m in or what fader I could adjust. Show more

I upgraded my iOS to 16 and the mixer console no longer fits on screen so you can’t see the bottom and tell what each channel is. Not ideal as a drummer mixing his in ear monitor mix. I had to go through the hassle of downgrading my phone. Of course now my Apple Watch won’t connect to my phone as a result so this is a super huge pain I doubt they will fix since the last release was years ago. Show more

The app doesn’t function! You can’t see the controls because the app isn’t filling the whole screen!!

iOS16 update breaks the app and only displays it half screen and zoomed in, making it not usable. Please fix!!!

I’ve emailed their support people so many times over the past few years asking, begging, pleading for fixes and improvements to this app. The response is always “we will let the developers know”. They don’t care about their own products. My suggestion is to buy Mackie, Behringer, or literally any other brand of mixer that has better features and a development team that cares about their products. Show more

Can’t see much of the text because it’s so small, and literally none of the numbered channels display their numbers, only a tab-like extension and then the text following it. Fortunately the important channels have a name following their number… Show more

This app is junk. Won’t connect to the mixer after following all instructions.

I’m disappointed the app does not allow simultaneously adjusting multiple channels. This is very basic yet a deal-breaker for me since I need to adjust my mixes real-time. How hard can this be to implement? The ViSi Remote app allows simultaneous adjustments. I’d reconsider the app if this was a feature. Show more

Still extremely disappointed that there’s no support for Vi consoles even though it’s in the app name.

We have had this system for a couple years now. From the start we have had connectivity issues. We have tried several different routers, iPads, iPhones, fire tablets, older devices, and newer devices. We have tried with internet connection and without. We have tried dedicated networking and open networking. NOTHING allows for consistent connectivity. I see several other reviews that have the same complaint. At best it connects and drops several times throughout the service. Apparently, the creators of the app don’t care to fix this issue as the last update was three years ago as of 2020. I’ve used Allen and Heath’s app with much more success. Guess you get what you pay for with these boards. Show more

This app would work great if it would actually stay connected. I constantly have to delete and reinstall for to connect.... C’mon developers, fix this!

App way out of date developer needs to fix it

I haven't used the app very long yet, but I'm already incredibly frustrated because I can't hardly use the faders. Everything is way too small, and I can't pinch to zoom or do anything about it. I don't even own an iPad, otherwise I'd use that, but it's useless on a phone. Even a tiny movement changes the volume way too much. Show more

Please update the app! It’s so hard to even see? Mackie Master Fader is simple and easy to see! I love the sound craft products but I am it’s falling so far behind in its iPad area? App will not work with last 2 updates on my iPhone 6plus. Last update on your app was over 1 year ago. I always dreamed of having a Soundcraft board. Never again... Absolutely pathetic from your Company!! Show more

I love the flexibility of providing IEM mixes but the app is so small and difficult to read. Moving faders can prove challenging if you have normal sized fingers or have less than perfect vision. I hope they improve on it. Show more

I’m a professional musician and regularly use apps to control my monitor mix. The apps for other major brand mixers work well and work consistently. Visi Listen has major flaws. It connects, but at some point in the performance it disconnects and can not be reconnected. I have had this same experience using it with different SoundCraft boards. Also, the faders are tiny and difficult to control especially from an iPhone - including the larger iPhone 8 Plus...and the font is incredibly tiny. Nearly illegible. These issues make the app almost pointless. And...I have been experiencing these issues now for nearly two years with different versions and updates. Nothing has addressed these two critical issues. The iPhone app is useless. You can’t change the device address so you can only connect one iPhone to the board.

Utterly useless from an iPhone. The font is like .5., Microscopic. PLEASE MAKE IT LEGIBLE!!!
