I’m assuming anybody who gave this a one star didn’t turn the thing around and chance the setting from demo to on and/or didn’t change it from usb to Bluetooth. We got two of them working in 45 seconds. Works perfectly. How many reviews stating that it won’t connect are needed before the developer changes the app and produces something of even mediocre quality? Very frustrating. The developer responds to such reviews, maybe something in the app needs to be changed??? Show more

We waited at the EZ link app with the waiting circle of death trying to wait for it to pair. Came to the reviews to see if others had the same issue. But then it occurred to me I actually had to go into my ios settings and find the karaoke device that way. *facepalm* worked for us perfectly afterwards. Very happy three year old this christmas! Does not pair devices.

The app isn’t that bad, the device pairs and works with Spotify pretty easily. Just do yourself a favor and read the instructions first.

Ok so like everyone else I was having a ton of trouble with this… I was ready to repack it and bring it back…. Don’t do that. Don’t let your device and karaoke machine pair on their own, more then likely your phone/tablet whatever is already paired to something, it will prioritize that pairing over the karaoke machine. Go into your device settings/Bluetooth/ and manually select the “ez link” device at the bottom of the list under “other devices”. I did that and immediately connected. Show more

Doesn’t pair and I tried multiple devices

We tried different things and it just will not pair up!!! It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Trying to balance out the bad reviews here - app works, and I like that it directly opens the Disney playlists. Problem is it doesn’t stay paired to the karaoke machine when app is closed - have to re-pair in the app each time it’s opened. Paired the karaoke machine to our iPad via Bluetooth prior to opening the app (it took several times toggling Bluetooth on the machine and one power cycle for the iPad to see the karaoke machine, but was eventually able to link). Set notifications to persistent so kids can see the pop up to click to open the Disney playlists in Spotify. Wish it automatically played music when hitting the button on the machine, but I'm guessing that is beyond control of an outside app. Show more

Just like all the other reviews, this app did not pair with any devices. Had to return the product because what is the point of having a toy that does not work because of a faulty app. Sounds great in theory but clearly those that designed it had no clue what they were doing. Show more

I have tried different devices but will not connect. I wish I could give this app a zero.

What’s the point of creating an app when it doesn’t work

Only giving this app one star because I can’t give it zero. Will not connect under any circumstances. Even tried multiple devices.

Won’t even pair. Cant play music.
