Love the content what I want to hear on my schedule . However, Listening live really annoying I experience a rebuffering pause about every half hour Please bring stability to the live stream. This happens across my devices and while other apps function on WiFi smoothly. Still a problem on multiple Wi fi and multiple devices. Show more

Does what it’s supposed to do, does it well, and is easy to use.

Streaming is really good. App does everything I need it to.

I listen nearly every morning, but work gets in the way of hearing all the stories I’d like, so the app fills that gap. I even find things I didn’t know I was looking for. Show more

Very very few glitches and always premium content

Always have loved NPR & IPR! The app/website a little difficult to navigate when it comes to trying to find the days show schedule or when trying to find a broadcast that couldn’t be finished live or trying to find who was being interviewed etc. But over all love it! Show more

Especially like the live morning edition.

It was great until the new promo was added prior to connecting to programming. Now after the promo sometimes it connects to programming and other times it doesn’t. This requires several connecting attempts required. Show more

For those of us that are the Iowa diaspora, this is a great app to keep you in touch with the Hawkeye state. It allows you to stream either classical music, Iowa news and the arts. I’ve listened to it all over the United States, Great Britain, Australia and Hong Kong without a problem. Show more

For quite some time I had intentionally not downloaded this app. “I listen to IPR all the time; what can the app provide that I don’t already get by listening to the radio?” Apparently A LOT! Not only can I listen to stories again, there are stories that I have missed, especially on the classical station. There are also written pieces that never air on the radio, and more background and research into more and different topics than those just reported on the radio. With this app at the Iowa public radio experience has depth & breadth I never knew existed. Great work! Show more

Love this as a source for news and music.

Works anywhere with internet or cell signal.

However, I don’t use any other functions of the app. So, all I can say is that streaming is not perfect. But then again perhaps that my bandwidth problem.

Have only used it a couple of times. Listened to a Talk of Iowa that I missed and it was just like listening to the show live on the radio. I used my iPad. Have not tried it on my phone but plan tol soon. Show more
