This app was very promising, but Roli seems to have stopped supporting it entirely, and there are critical bugs that need to be fixed. It has the potential to be a serious musical tool, but if it doesn’t have basic stability it’s nothing but a toy. I advise against investing in their hardware, even if you only plan to use the PC software, given the company apparently doesn’t have a long-term commitment to their customers. I’d be happy to pay for a version that is actually maintained, but I’m also not sure I ever want to do business with Roli again, given their attitude here. Show more

One fault about this app is that when I tried to sign up it keeps saying oh dear connection timed out check your internet connection, when my Internet is perfectly fine. so that’s some thing you have to fix. Show more

what a shame.

This app could never be trusted to do a live show with. I’ve never used it without experiencing Bluetooth connectivity issues or any of its other frequent bugs. It didn’t work quite right from the gate and now Roli appears to have just given up on fixing it completely. Be wary of all their products- their entire software ecosystem is a mess. Show more

This app does not run well on iOS devices. The screen is devoid of most UI elements when you launch it and log in. The app appears to be no longer supported since this issue has been present for over a year (as of Apr 2022), so I would caution anyone against buying products associated with this app. Show more

Crash

I’m kidding of course. Although, I know that Roli is a professional company, but I bought and installed some sound packs, but I can’t access them. I normally use GarageBand. I often use Guitar overdrive every time I want to do a solo. Show more

This app doesn’t seem to be supported too well anymore. Yeah it’s not fun to find out the SWAM sounds only work here, but it’s worse when Noise itself becomes buggy and unusable. Looking forward to a new version with the new Seaboards coming out! Show more

A fun app to experiment with before going to the studio version of the app. Really needs an update, seems to not display or work properly in recent versions of iOS. Show more

Being owner of multiple Roli products, i am in love with Roli but mobility of the products is slowly getting away as mobile apps are not getting any updates. I wish Roli changes this updates this app. Show more

This app has been abandoned. No new sounds, stability fixes, or even support for newer devices in over 3 years. Such a shame!

I have used it and it is really good at making beats, but there was a glitch that makes it black around the keys. It was annoying, I had to increase or decrease the volume to see the controls Show more

Locks up in AUM. Can’t change programs. Can’t do much with it. Been stuck for months now. Thanks for fixing the bug.

I have contacted tech support and tried a million things to continue using this app but it hasn’t been fixed in almost a year. I was able to use it well until I connected the LUMI, the screen just goes black and can’t hear anything. It’s a shame, it was a cool toy. Show more

I contacted the developer & was told “We are not updating NOISE as we are advancing other projects/platforms….there are plenty of apps available that do the same thing” This is exactly what I was told. It’s very sad for us that have invested a lot in your hardware & software, only to be dismissed for asking for a simple bug fix. Way to go ROLI, you are now “part of the problem”. Show more

They seem to have dropped support for Noise and the app isnt working on my IOS devices anymore (Audiobus 3 uses still work thankfully). I really want to be able to build my own drumkits using library of downloaded sounds, alas this seems unlikely... seems they've moved on and IOS apps aren't likely to be expanded for more customized use of their controllers (which are truly awesome) seeing Noise hasnt gotten updated for years and no new soundpaks released for a long time (btw I dont want to recreate a cheezy Pharrel song...just....no, is a waste of sounds ...its maddening to have a few good drum sounds in the pak then accidentally hit the “Happy!” vocal sample....arrrrg). Love Roli 2 years ago...but now concerned before I buy a Lumi controller. Show more
