Man - I paid for this app previously and now it’s subscription based, so I’ve lost my access. Not cool.

I was looking for an app that would allow me to import music from Spotify to Pandora, but Pandora wasn’t even listed as an option. I only paid $1 for the subscription, but o have buyers remorse now, because this app is useless to me. ??‍♂️ Show more

I’m offered a free trial, just charging me 0.99 for the next month. I click accept, and as my playlist is being transferred, something is wrong. Because the playlist that was transferred to my Apple Music actually had the wrong songs from the original playlist on Spotify. Yeah and forgot to mention, I had $10 before opening this app, and now little do I know, I’m left with 8 bucks. Isn’t that nice. Show more

This app was the perfect FREE music transferring app but y’all just HAD to sell out and make it a subscription service smh

If you were hoping to transfer to or from Pandora don’t bother. I cancelled immediately after realizing the small list of services this app bridges.

It works but it doesn’t let you scroll so I had to delete a playlist after a transfer to reach the others

I use this once in a long while and was sad to see that it’s now a pay per month service after having bought the app in 2017. You should at least “grandfather in” your prior customer base. Show more

I’m very upset. When you first open the app it has you pick which source you want your playlists from and give them access to it. But then it won’t allow you to even try and see if it will transfer the playlists you want without paying. I like to copy my release radar playlists to another app since I don’t always get to listen all of it and if I don’t it’s gone forever. SongShift used to be able to do this but has stopped. Why then would I put money into something without knowing if it will actually do what I want. There should at least be one playlist trial and a way to disconnect my music account access without having to pay. Horrible biz ethos! Beyond disappointed. Show more

i bought this app like forever ago and remember my family getting onto me for paying for it, but i thought it was worth it. at some point they made it free bc it was early access which is fine, but now they’re switching to a subscription platform and what i paid means nothing. not cool :( Show more

Love getting double charged for something I paid for once before. Don't need any if the new sub features. Buggy anyway and kept duplicating play lists.

The features and functionality of an app is important. This app connects to music streaming services easily, and the auto sync is great to keep playlists updated no matter which service you make the change in. As for support, I have nothing but really positive things to say about the experience. Good communication, quick resolution, and very friendly. Show more

1. Share menu playlist accessibility - Allow for e.g. sending a Spotify playlist to houdini to import into Apple Music, without ever needing to import into Spotify library 2. Share menu song "open in" function - Make houdini into the "Rosetta stone" of music services. e.g. I share song to houdini, and then in houdini can share Spotify link for said song to a friend who uses Spotify. Or, I receive Spotify link from friend, I can share to houdini, then have houdini "open in Apple Music" 3. Crowdsource missing song links - Every playlist I transfer, I manually look up a couple songs that Houdini missed. Why not save that work I just did to help other users? Allow for this process in the houdini app, and save the selections for future transfers. Within weeks there'd be no missing links for all users. 4. Preserve playlist order - transfers need to respect original source playlist order Show more

Compared to SongShift, this was so much easier to use. With SongShift in made me put in my AppleId and passwords but it still don’t work. For this one, all I had to do was click Apple and it connected to my Apple account without having to sign in or use any of my passwords and made it so much easier to transfer all my playlist over to Apple. Tidal has become a major streaming service especially amongst Dj's where Spotify has stopped Djs from using the service to mix. So this would have been a great app for transferring playlists from Spotify (or any service) to Tidal especially for Djs, but sadly...no support. Show more
