    App not connecting! (New version)
    Bought nc2, everything seems to be nice except the app. Its connecting. Tried my times. Pls fix it. Thanks

    Works perfectly
    NC7 Pro sweet sound and strong noise cancellation. Bought another one for a friend. App is functional and works as advertised.

    Not bad functionality but might not display correctly on some iPhones
    UPDATE: Looks and works perfectly on my iPad! Turns out this is a really GOOD APP! I connected easily and was able to use all the features, which are really good actually. My complaint is that with my iPhone (model) SE, I can’t see everything on each screen. I’ll have to try it on my iPad to see if that’s any better. Wish I could include screenshots. Show more

    This is app simply does not work
    If you have already pored headphones, app won’t recognize it. Why even make an app it does nothing.

    Not suckless
    The app does not work. The T-10 ear buds microphone quality is dismal. I’ll return the buds and try something which has some support.

    The app failed to deliver. Very disappointing!
    I have purchased 4 different Tozo earbuds, and all failed to deliver on a crisp and clear microphone communication when calling three different phones; everyone complained about a very muffled and unclear sound. Obviously, the next step let's try their app, and the results? Well leys say I would have scored -5 if it was on the scale. From an audio perspective they are fairly decent, and I like the various modes specially the ANC mode when traveling, I will be returning the T12Pro, NC7Pro, NC9plus, and NC9Pro I will stick with my original NC9 decent sound and that's it. Very disappointing Show more

    Whut?
    App doesn’t work. No connection to product. (Actually Product Doesn’t connect to iPad.) Looks like it’s never updated. Move on nothing to see here. Sad really - decent earbuds when they work. Show more

    App Is Broken
    NC7 pro buds are connected via Bluetooth. I am listening to music as I give this review. I open the app, try to add my buds and it can’t find them. Show more

    Not working with my Tozo T6
    App cannot find my device on my iPhone. Sound level of L and R buds are unbalanced, and the reset guide doesn’t help at all.

    Cannot update app
    There is an update for the app (which has never worked with my pros) . However, whe. You tap the “update” in the app it takes you to the Apple App Store and my only option is to “open” (because it is already installed) the app?? I removed and reinstalled and the newly downloaded app still pops up with a prompt to upgrade which again takes me to the App Store with no option to upgrade. Ear buds (the pros) are good for the money…. The app is complete useless and has not worked in the month I have owned these. Note I have the newest and best model so the app should support. Show more

    Never connects to the app
    I have the NC2 pair which they say is compatible with the app but the app never finds them. Headphones are connected to my phone and they work for what I’m doing, but the app is trash. If there’s an update to fix this I’ll change my review. Show more
