In years past we have been able to mark our favorite culinary along with artists. I see we can still mark favorite artists but not culinary. Please bring it back.

Uses tons of battery in the background. App has no Schedule updates with a week and a half until event.

We are forced to dl the app the register our wristbands. That is, literally, the only thing we needed from it. But when we input our codes, we’re told ‘Code invalid’. But, hey, at least it’s there to drain the battery. Show more

My greatest problem with this app is that I cannot see the block schedule of the set times and I feel like this should be an essential tool for determining how long a person should be spending at a set. An overview is important in this case because all the life is beautiful app offers is beginning set times for your own personal schedule and doesn’t give you the option to see the overlap of the other sets going on at the same time so if a there is a clash or overlap with your schedule it’s hard to tell. This should have been a primary concern that should have been addressed. Show more

Forcing people to download the app just to register the wristband is the stupid thing ever. It not like anyone will use it afterwards

By putting your iPhone in low battery mode you counteract the drain on the better from the app. Everything else works as expected.

Very useful for planning the festival, very well designed

Old Facebook authentication that you are almost forced to use, doesn’t retain settings, doesn’t use full screen, very basic in the worst of ways.

I do not have Facebook and would like to be able to share my schedule with my friends. Every year more people come and it’s hard to find people because the cell towers are so congested. Please consider adding an alternative to Facebook or possibly adding WiFi networks to the festival. Show more

I haven’t been able to make it beyond the “push notification” page because the App keeps crashing. This is frustrating considering the schedule is only available on the app and the app isn’t working... Show more

Unsure where else to post about this, but i’m having difficulty completing registration on the iOS version of the app. Downloaded it today and it crashes at the 6th step, I’ve tried reinstalling and restarting my phone. If there is a fix to the bug, that’d be a great help! Show more

The app continues to crash after the 6th setup/registration step so I can’t even use it. Using iPhone 7 with the latest iOS 11.4.1

When you first download, if you don’t opt in to allow notifications, it crashes. Guess that’s one way to force people to get notified

There is a bug in my app, I can’t get past the first set-up screen after it asks to connect to Facebook. The app just crashes. I’m really anxious to check the schedule and register my wristband, so I hope it gets fixed soon! Show more

Don't make every single attendee download an app just to register a wristband...

Make sure to turn off background location. Uses an insane amount of battery.

Badly needs a better map and music previews at a minimum

This app does what it's supposed to do but it runs in the background constantly even after you close the App. Thus, causing the battery to drain supper fast and die. I checked the battery usage on the settings and it said that LIB app was running in the background for over 9 hours! Please fix this as I would like to use the app during the festival without worrying it will drain the battery. Show more
