Your silly upgrade bricked my Sonos products. I am unable to use my Move speakers and the app only lets me use Sonos 2 app. I would run from this company who seems set on forcing you to throw away prior investments. Show more

I don’t really get it, Sonos continues to make app updates that make the hardware inoperable. They have broken my system twice. This is probably the worst hardware experience of everything I own. I get how this happens once, twice is bad management. My advice to management. Invest Less on app updates and more on testing. You are ruining your brand. Show more

S1 has been working for years. My system is incompatible with S2. Stop demanding that I upgrade. I can’t upgrade to S2 because it won’t function with my system!! And I can’t operate S1 because you block access and demand that I upgrade to a system I can’t use!!!!! Show more

Can’t connect. I’ve removed app, updated, unplugged and nothing works. Should t be this hard. It’s worked through my phone for years. Works on my husbands phone but not mine. And I can connect to friends Sonos systems?? Show more
