I love this app because it’s simple, easy to use, and looks like a traditional metronome. I teach piano and recommend it to all my students. Only problem is last time I checked, it wasn’t available for android devices? And yes, there are ads. But I rarely have a problem with them being an inconvenience and they are relatively short. Paid for as free and now getting incessant advertisement to upgrade again Metronome is basic and fine. Ad after upgrading once to update again very disappointing

Sometimes stop a beat

First the app wants to track my online activity. For gods sake, ITS A METRONOME!! Why should a metronome want to track activity? That before starting the first beat it wanted to sell me a video game. The only reason this app got a rating of one is because there is no ZERO. Don’t bother with this one. Show more

Three suggestions: -five touch spots along the top left down the left side with preset tempos -three touch spots from the top down the right hand side with preset time signatures -same graphic but larger touch area for tempo change. The first two I would pay an in app purchase to toggle them on. The third one is really needed. Thanks. Love the app. Show more

I have been using this app for 4 years and the beats are very good for almost any instrument. The only problem is that sometimes there are ads but you can always get out of them! Show more

I’m enjoying this metronome app, but I want to enjoy it even more. Here are the changes that would allow this: 1. The click should not sound on the extremes of the hand sweep but about 3/4 of the way from the start to the end, to correspond with a real metronome. The developer’s customers are those who value similarly to a real metronome. 2. It is difficult to raise my finger from the tempo slider without an unwanted adjustment to the tempo I’ve just set. There must be a way for the app to know that my desired tempo is what was stable until just before I raised my finger. Show more

It is the best metronome app ever! There is something, I think it’s a bug, but you can enter numbers up to 999 and it will allow it! I love it! I can pretend my phone is an smg! Show more

Am I the only who can’t seem to get it to stay on the number I slide it to??!! Every time I lift my finger off it goes to a different number, either up or down one, so annoying!! Show more

I can’t hear while practice voice is veryyyyyy low?

Don’t let your kids use this!!! It has ads that are not appropriate for kids. Also, this is not anywhere near as user friendly as other metronome apps. This is overall one of the worst apps I have used. Show more

I own a trumpet and I have been practicing it for a long time and I got this metronome app. I like it but when you start the tempo it might go to a different tempo. You got to swipe the screen in a specific way and it works 50% of the time. Show more

An add for poker came up, I watched it and when the “X” appeared to close it, it became unresponsive. Can’t use it.

I see all the reviews about musicians, however I use it to sleep. Puts me right to sleep and I sleep like a baby?❤️ love it

I’d be happy to pay for a metronome that works without ads. The ads are distracting which makes practice too difficult. Also, setting the tempo is funky. I can’t accurately use the slider. It changes by 1 or more beats when I lift my finger. If I edit the numbers, I have to backspace with is incredibly annoying. Remove ads (yes, I’ll pay for the app) and make it easier to set tempo. Then you get my votes, but until then, it’s a no go. Show more

As in other reviews, I cannot see the icon (whatever it may be) that starts the beat. I just pound the screen in random places until it starts. I would love to keep using this metronome but it doesn’t allow for quick access when the icon isn’t even visible. So now trying other apps because as much as I like this one I can’t use it. It’s a bummer too as it would be the only one I’d use if I could use it! Changing my contrast is not a viable option as I would have to set and reset every time I would want to use this. If it ever becomes visible I’ll use it but until then I’ll have to find something else. Update: yay! Thank you developer response! It’s working great and I don’t have to find another! I just needed a simple metronome to use for drumming practice. Easy to understand and use. Good volume.
