Used to be great. No longer works. Will not access iPod library. Cmon fix it. I need it.

Though my guitar teacher recommended this, I was hesitant--over half of users report that it doesn't work, and have been reporting this for OVER TWO YEARS. I downloaded it anyway (hoping I would be in the lucky half!), but indeed it does not work. It reports that songs are not on my device, though I specifically downloaded them (vs. using cloud versions). This really needs to be fixed -- $4 for nothing? Very disappointing. Show more

I just purchased this app based on the advice of my kid’s music teacher. I’ve seen it work, but it doesn’t for me. Getting the "problem calculating song length” error. I don’t use iTunes Match or iCloud on this particular device, and all the songs are natively synched. The songs play just fine in the native music player app. I’m running IOS 9.2.1 which is the latest available for iPad Air (my device). The last time this app has been updated is almost 3 years ago. If it doesn’t work for modern devices or IOS versions, it should be noted in the description. Otherwise, it should be pulled from sale. Andy Davidson, please fix the app, or refund the money to all those who have purchased the non-working app! Show more

Won't play songs from iTunes at all. Keeps freezing and sending error reports. I want my money back.

This app is a waste of money. Don’t buy it! I downloaded it to my phone and it wouldn’t open the song we needed for chorus. I tried everything and finally gave up and downloaded a free app which worked perfectly! Show more

Please update this app. Since going to iOS 8 and 8.4, it can no longer find files on my device. Songs previously found continue to work. It has become a useless for any new songs. I used to be love this app and would have given it 5 stars if it still worked. Show more

If you learn music by ear this app is indispensable! It is a must have! I love being able to slow the music down and keep it in key so I can determine what the instruments are playing. Show more

Waste of money. Doesn't recognize any songs on iPhone.

I have used a Tascam trainer (cd version) for several years and it now WILL NOT Download songs from iTunes.

Wow - I wish I had read further down the reviews - app says songs aren't on device (they of course are)! Completely useless and a waste of money!

Doesn't work anymore. don't waste your money on it.

For an app requiring you to pay for it, and then finding out it doesn't work with the songs you purchased in Apple Music - is not worth being in the Apple Store. I want a refund if my money. It may not be a lot of money, but it's my money. Show more

This app was very useful when I first got it in 2011. However, it doesn't work anymore. I cannot import a song from my iPod library. The error says the song is not on phone memory which is not the case. Please fix this. Show more

I really enjoyed this app but now it does not work anymore. I can't download new songs from my I tunes list to edit. It has been messed up for a while and it still hasn't been fixed yet. :-( Show more

App keeps telling me the music is not on my device, which is not true. App is now useless to me.

What was once a good app is no longer functioning properly. I don’t know whether or not the developers plan to address this; numerous emails to them have not resulted in any type of response. I used to recommend this app to my students, I can no longer do so! When problems such a these occur, it is virtually impossible to regain the consumer’s confidence in your product. Show more

Cannot open a song from iTunes library on my iPhone 5. Error message that the song is not on the device. FAQ section states this is an Apple problem. As many people have reported this, feel Music trainer should fix the problem or stop selling the product. I do not recommend this app. Show more

I loved this app for my IPad until the most recent update. I now can't get any of my songs to load. Pop ups tell me what to try to solve the problem, but none of these solutions work either. Show more
