    Useable but flawed.
Running on a MacBook Pro, the program would frequently shut down ( without warning, losing much tedious work!). It has quirky and inconsistent commands (when to use tab vs. enter); too many confirmation actions, and a weak search function. I have a substantial lp collection. The database does not “play well” with lps because CDs are expected. To top it off, the values provided by CORE do not match my holdings and overwrote my entries! That said, it’s still the best I’ve found and have begrudgingly struggled with it until I subdued it ( or perhaps just changed my attitude). BTW, the newest version appears to be considerably more stable. Show more

    Not quite there
Would easily be a 5 star review if their servers weren't always so slow. Many times I have to submit a query 4-6 times before getting a result and that's not the service I expect for $15. It's also not very intuitive unless you have the exact title. No fudging Beatles! You have to put The Beatles for the search to work correctly. Otherwise, terrific app. Show more

    Poor accessability support
Difficult to use with VoiceOver on an iPhone. This does not seem to be a priority!!!

    Crashes
New update crashes every time I try to add an album. Useless. iPhone 6, ios 11.1. Click on “Add by searching online”. Type in artist, say “Rolling Stones”. Choose album from list. It brings up album with song list. Click “+” sign. Choose “Add album to wish list”. Crashes immediately every time. Tried dozens of times with different albums. Also crashes when clicking “Add album to collection”. Show more

    Nice Looking!
I love this app! It's easy to add new items. Flipping through the album covers looks great. You can edit the info anyway you want. The search features work very well. It sync between my iphone and ipad without trouble. Customer service is helpful. I recommend it if you have a lot music. Show more

Good, but not great for classical music
The idea of the app is great, but I've had to manually enter a lot of my classical music recorded on lesser known labels. The app does make it easy to enter them. It took only a few hours to load 600+ CDs. I do wish there was an automatic listing from iTunes for purchased digital albums. Show more

    Very good apps
Scanning bar codes is easy. There are however certain bar codes or music collection(s) that are not includes in the database. Specially those from Laserlight or classical collections. There are some other improvements needed When you scan a title that is not in the database the code remain in the scanning menu. Should be an option to eliminate it if you don't want it. Other than that is a good tool. PD: I have not test the export capabilities but understand that your data be is exportable to excel for example.. Show more

    Love this app!
Absolutely love this app, can't find anything bad to say about it. If you have a CD collection and want to catalog it this is the only way to go.

    On the fence
I'm testing the free version, which to my understanding is the full app and only limits the amount of releases you can add to your collection. When you scan an item with this app and that barcode has multiple releases associated with it, it's a real pita to figure out which one you have. On the Discogs app, it shows you year, catalogue number and the country it was released in. All those markers help identify which release you have and would be helpful on this app. Currently, you have to click on every child release and look at the catalog numbers until you find which one you have. When you go back to the previous screen it takes you to the top of the page and not to where you previously were working. I must say that this app returns titles of releases not on Discogs. It also returns results for items not on Amazon or in Ebay's "catalog". There is value in that. I decided to try this out with some Latin CDs. It returned results for almost 50% of the barcodes scanned. A lot of these are rare or foreign. I wasn't too disappointed. I got 100% correct results with mainstream, major label music. When you scan an item and press the +, there's an option for add to collection or add to wish list and if you don't pick one, the item is added to your wish list. The item should be added to your collection as the default instead. When a barcode returns a "no results" reply, it would be nice if you could click on that and create a manual release with the barcode already entered. Some nice features are location, condition, store, tags, price, & notes. It's great that custom values like location and condition are saved for easy addition to future additions. I am still on the fence about buying this. I'm looking to catalog 50,000+ items. A lot of them do not have barcodes. I also need to see how much memory and data are used when compared to my other options. Show more
