Had Tune in Pro (Paid version) so that I may record and they took the record function out! What the heck. This is why I paid for it. What a bad way to treat the customers who paid and a sneaky way to try and get more money from your customers. Terrible!!! Show more

Tune in used to be the best radio app but the last 3 or 4 updates instead of improve it is so bad now any radio station I like and used to listen without any problem before keeps cutting off and buffering every minute so it stops so badly and it is really annoying because We can not listen continuously please fix this issue ASAP also long ago you eliminated live record according to you because of copyrights now you eliminate also pause, forward and rewind live streaming basically this app became useless what happen with the nice app that used to be ?????? Why I can use the 30 seconds fast forward or rewind ? That’s makes a big difference to me.

Do I have to purchase Premium to get this ability back, or did this go the way of recording?

I have had TuneIn Pro for years, lately it seems they are pushing the original users to their subscription service. From the 5 second delay starting a station to the constant stopping of the stations I listen to. Show more

I’ve used this app for years and loved it! The new update disabled the 30 second button. Was that intentional or just an oversight? I enjoyed being able to go back a few seconds and listen to something I missed. Show more

The latest upgrade on 7/19/22 is a disaster. For live streaming, the 30 second jump forward and jump back functions/buttons are disabled, and the pause button no longer pauses the live feed...it just stops it. I use these functions all of the time (or did before the "upgrade"). Also when I open the camera on my phone or certain websites in Safari, TuneIn stops completely. Prior to the upgrade, TuneIn continued in the background unless I received a call or played some other audio. Could you also get rid of all of the extraneous buttons on the screen (bottom and top). I just want to get to my favorite content without going through a minefield of other offers of podcasts or live feeds. Show more

Don’t know what’s the story behind best radio stations disappearing from TuneIn, but it’s a fact. Fortunately my favorite stations have their own apps or web streams. TuneIn is now loaded with ads to the point when it’s no different from local junk radio stations Show more

I have used TuneIn for 10 years or more. It has always been good. I understood when the record feature was taken out, blame it on Apple. Now the ability to buffer 30 seconds of play has gone away as has the ability to back up and relisten to something and then fast forward to catch back up to the live stream. Those were really nice features and losing them reduces the functionality of the app. I also don’t like the “recents” section on the IPhone version of the app. It is way too easy to inadvertently press one of the recent icons and change the stream. That was really irritating when I had backed up the playback and was few minutes behind so I would lose the part I had not listened to. That problem has gone away since I can’t back up any more but it is still a problem because lots of stations have an initial ad they play when I first start listening so even if I switch back immediately to what I want to listen to I lose 30-60 seconds between the time to reestablish the stream and get through the “welcome” message. Been using this App since around 2007. It’s steadily crappier with each update. They have steadily killed features that I liked. I have used this App in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, to a total of 25 countries that I’ve lived in during the years. I noticed today July 22nd 2022, that I no longer can skip back what I am listening to, to hear something again. It’s time to end this and find a new App. Bye bye. Show more
