App trash period

I really only have this app so I can listen to KROQ in the morning but thanks to frequent reboots and glitches while listening, it makes it hard to have a steady, consistent experience. Currently, the entire app says that it can’t load any content….if you’re gonna require your listeners to use your dedicated software to enjoy your content….make sure it’s 100% stable maybe ??‍♂️ Show more

This app crashes all the freaking time, I’m always having to reboot app, phone whatever, it’s frustrating having to restart the app multiple times in a hour, multiple times throughout the day and now it’s working at all, get it together Show more

Worst app to deal with on a daily basis. It constantly cuts out & I have to close out the app to restart it. This happens usually at the top of the hour bit recently its been happening with more frequency. If this might be your only option to listen to a station or show, all I can say is be patient because this has been an ongoing issue for years. I have yet to see any update to this app that betters the listening experience. Show more

This app is complete garbage. Always freezes and takes me off of live listening. Please bring back I heart radio or get your * together

I used to like listening to the radio, but the folks that made this app are intentionally trying to make it as frustrating and difficult as possible. Sure all the sign in information works great, how dare I want to actually use the app for listening to the radio. Nah, we can sell you more and more products, but we won’t let you do the thing you want. Show more

This is, and has always been, the worst high profile app I have ever used. Nothing, NOTHING works right in this app. It doesn’t even work correctly with the audio controls on the Lock Screen — stopping, starting, skip forward or back DO NOT WORK on the Lock Screen; you have to unlock and go back to the app. Any kind of streaming breaks the app — to a HomePod, to an Apple TV, to CarPlay, it is ALL broken. Streaming to an Apple TV will stop when the Apple TV goes to screen saver — no correctly programmed audio app does that. CarPlay will just open the app to a blank screen on the car display. How can this app have been around for 12+ years and still be this completely broken? For the love of God, developers, stop adding new features and just fix the stupid app. If I had any other way to listen to some of my favorite radio stations, I would have stopped using this app A DECADE AGO. I’ve had this app since it was radio.com and I can confidently tell you: Don’t bother. The looping repeating ads, ads in a different language, crashing, rewind issues, getting back to live radio, and a host of other problems are not going to be fixed. What you can expect: Canned developer responses saying “Hey, I see you’re having a problem with X,” etc. I come back on here every couple of months to see if anything has changed, inevitably it hasn’t, delete it, and try again in a couple of months, and so on. Why they don’t or can’t fix these years-long problems is anyone’s guess. Show more

I can’t login t9 the ppl even after changing my password. ?

Trying to navigate this app is miserable. If I didn’t like just one radio station that I can stream on it, I would drop it like a bad habit!

I’m unable to get the sleep timer to work. The app just moves as I try and I can’t get it to stay still.

Not a user-friendly platform. Some days some things work, other days other things don’t work.

This is horrible and repeats the same ads over and over. The rewind seem good when it works -- but it's more of a lets show ads again. I only use Audacy because it's only place my local station is. Broadcast radio ads are better and less annoying as app most of time will start on adz. I starting using RadioApp so would get broadcast not streaming. Show more

A very challenged app in a world of dysfunctional apps. Has trouble establishing a link after a disruption like call or using a voice text, etc. When it does reestablish a link, it goes back to the beginning of the show or somewhere before you left off. Also, repeats the same commercials over and over some of which are woke and insulting. Also, app in general lacks diversity. Only presents programs which champion the woke religion. They never present programs which champion freedom not equality/equity. Show more

This app is totally undependable

Second review. So far so good but, the app has limited local channels here in SC. Would be nice if they had South Carolina Public Radio as a choice. Lastly, for now, it would also be great if, besides portrait, that the app can be viewed in landscape as well. More to come as I continue to explore. Show more

Absolutely terrible, the app constantly gets stuck in infinite buffering loops whether I’m at home on wifi or on the road. The rewind feature will send you back to a completely random spot and make you lose where you were listening. Show more

Hello, This application has been bad off the rip. It always randomly places me someone on the radio show that isn’t live and takes two minutes to even get to where you want to be. Do your self a favor and see if you can watch the radio show on twitch or if the station had their own application. Show more

The old audacy had a sleep timer option. It was removed and never replaced although they promised to restore months ago!

I used to love this app but I have come to hate it over the last couple months. It always randomly stops playing when I’m listening to it through my ear buds. I thought they would eventually fix it but it has gotten so bad that I can’t listen to it anymore because sometimes I only get a few minutes out of it Show more
