    No More Volume Control or Mute
    Previous version worked great, full volume and mute control. Now the app responds as if it's muting or adjusting volume but nothing actually happens. Easily half the value for us in the app/radio combo is to be able to control our pool deck audio without having to tramp in and out of the house to set the volume. Show more

    Works Great with my IRDT200
    May 2, 2016 I just found this Grace Radio App, downloaded it to my iPad(2) and it connected immediately with my Grace Radio (service pack V226-a-113a-613). What a relief! Trying to scroll around using the radio's dial system was tough, and doing it from the online website only allows me to add stations, etc. but not directly control the radio. I can't (or haven't figured out how) to add to "My Stuff" yet using the app, BUT...I can control the radio with absolute ease...see all my presets...see all my "Stuff"...in short, LOVE IT. I can view and add new "stations" to my Pandora account, thumb up and down tracks. Album covers show with each Pandora track being played. This app allows me to see tracks being played via the radio's USB port, but the app does not yet display the USB menu, nor allow me to select USB tracks (have to use the radio dial system). If it did...killer...I'd have my 500+ CD collection at my fingertips. I play my Grace radio almost all day because the quality of sound is outstanding when you preset HD streaming stations (like Linn, Pandora, etc), and, because I like lots of variety, it is very easy to change channels or search from the thousands available. This app makes it all come together. I have the radio ported via fiber-optic cable to my receiver for high quality sound. Very nice. Show more

    It works....barely.
    Needs to be updated. Only works sporadically. Great idea but barely functional.

    New Version Not Finding One Radio
    This app was working good for both of my radios. No one radio has disappeared of the menu. Tried different things and even called tech support. They say there is an issue. Don't know how or when it will get fixed. Show more

    Stopped working
    App was working in the beginning on my iphone 4s but now does not find my radio. No response from Grace Radio. App did not work at all with my iPad. No firmware updates. App has bugs that need to be fixed. Still has issues. Obviously they do not care about customer support. Show more

    Very satisfied with this app
    I have had no trouble with this app at all. It found my radio the minute I installed the app on my phone. This is a much better remote than the push button remote that came with the radio. Like another reviewer commented, if for some reason the app can’t find your radio, shut down your phone, unplug the radio, take a few deep breaths and plug everything back in, and you should be good to go. Highly recommend! Show more

    Problem With Preset Buttons
    The most recent update has made the preset buttons very difficult to operate. The result is that it is difficult to change a preset station. Please fix.

    Working fine now
    After contacting Grace Digital customer support (Linda was patient and clearly very willing to help me), I received direct contact from their app support individual. Thanks to Jon's excellent help, my app is now working perfectly and I am grateful to both these individuals for restoring complete functionality of our two radios through the app. Companies that do this much to assist their customers deserve our recognition and great appreciation.
