Crackling sounds on latest iOS update for iPhone XS. No ability to change tempo for stock beats. I mean why on earth do I need to be stuck to a fixed tempo for something. Was looking for a quick way to get musical ideas down and this is definitely not that. Was looking for something like Sonoma wireworks riffworks for iOS. This definitely isn’t it. Show more

Awesome! Easy to use and less cumbersome than Garage Band. Wish you could pan tracks- that’s the only thing

I have used this for a year and don’t use my Tascam any more. I wish I could have 2 of them on my phone. I would like to be able to organize the songs in an order. Also I would like to be able to text songs to friends but you can not Show more

Not at all intuitive......look for something else

Great app for throwing ideas together, love the simplicity of it. There are some features I do wish it had (like a way to scroll trough time to listen to specific parts* or cut /trim audio segments..) but I also feel like being limited is part of the point of the app. I find that this works very well at what it does. Not a full studio, nor do I think it was it intended to be one, but it’s a wonderful tool and worth having for brainstorming ideas or recording demos. I wish there was a deluxe version too, love being able to work so quickly when creating, but would be great to be able to have a little more editing ability or at least a scrolling ability so you could punch in at or listen to certain points and not have to start over each time *Edit: I can’t believe I’ve been using the app this long and didn’t catch that you can scroll through playback- I still think it’d be handy to be able to use that to start recording at a particular point in the song - another suggestion would be having the loop track also have recording function so you could use that as either a loop or a 5th track? Bottom line Overall I really love this app and have no complaints, I was hesitant but had I known how much I’d end up using and enjoying it.. totally worth it. Thanks for making a cool product. Without the ability to pan during your mix down, you cannot produce a “stereo” signal! Had I known this, I wouldn’t have purchased this app....... Supposedly, this feature is in the works, however....the latter remains to be seen! This is why my rating is ⭐️⭐️ Show more

This is the app I was looking for, simple and very easy to use. I think it’s a great app to layer some ideas or even practicing solos with the guitar, voice harmonies etc... I love it. Show more

I’ve tried a bunch of recording apps and this one is by far the best. It not only sounds the best but is very user-friendly. The mic sounds amazing!

I would suggest rather than having one import a music track into a channel. You should make it a feature to import a music track into the loops section. I would also consider having the ability to add effect to vocals! Show more

I’ve used this app to capture ideas that have ended up on albums and singles and more importantly most often prompted even better ideas. Someday I’d like to release the things I’ve recorded with it. Show more

You can’t punch in and you can’t really mix. But it gets it down.

Thought this would work like a multi-track recorder. Record on track 1 and then go to record on track 2, track 1 bleeds onto it. Reached out twice for tech support but no response. Show more

Great little app. I use it every day for ideas especially when I’m not in my studio.

I was looking for a pocket sized mic for an iPhone 6, and this works reasonably well. I’ve recorded live Music and solo home guitar/singing, comes out better than the internal mic (less hollow, boomy). It does a good job rejecting crowd noise in public. Several times I’ve recorded and found out it was distorted, once when within about 8 feet of a PA, and once from a loud outdoor concert. Also vocals up close will distort, including normal speaking volume. The “dead cat” wind screen works great, I often record outside with it and without it the wind noise makes the recording unusable even in light wind. Show more

I was using this app. Recently lost my phone therefore losing all recordings. Would love a way to recover recordings. Also would like to be able to cut begins of full recordings so to start over you didn’t have to stop & erase/loose focus. Show more

I’ve had this app on multiple iOS devices and have enjoyed using it. Simple interface, file system, and sound quality is good.

The app is off the hook if you have a Roland micro cube with its aux input jack to plug into and record to backing beats of every genre at your choice of BPM. I recorded some random chops on my guitar and recorded it with the app. Totally AWESOME!! Show more
